This place is great! I've been here a few times to have my watch/jewelry fixed and polished, and also bought a couple handguns and a few other miscellaneous items. Their inventory on guns, tools, and especially jewelry, has always been excellent and reasonably priced. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and have always given me great deals too! Although I've been helped by all the staff who, I must say, are all fantastic, I have to give kudos to Nichole. She knows her stuff and has always been SO nice and helpful in answering all my questions. Plus, she has given me some VERY good deals! So, I felt compelled to mention her and how wonderful she's been to me, as well as come to give them a 5 out of 5 star review for their friendly customer service, their willingness to help, their fair prices, and their great inventory! Whether you are going to pawn/sell an item, or purchase tools, jewelry, etc., they are certainly a great place to go that gives top dollar if you're looking to pawn or sell an item(s), and they have very reasonable and competitive prices if you're looking to buy.

Came in to inquire about selling a fire arm. The older black woman with glasses was extremely rude in greeting me, seemed bothered I came in at all. After a few moments of browsing their over priced inventory, this woman this time yells across the store as if she was slammed busy (mind you there was only one other customer in the store) to the older white guy to help me, as if she was bothered I hadn't left. This man yells at me to "go over there" and then vaguely pointed to a counter. He and the woman had no idea what my gun was, and it showed. After briefly searching a couple of "ebay gun sites" (I asked where they were checking, she wouldn't tell me) they acted insulted that I brought it in. Will NEVER return, and will make sure to let friends family and colleagues know not to bother. Horrible attitudes, horrendous customer service.

Everyone there was super friendly and cheerful, Huge selection of new and used firearms. Some nice exotics also. Curtis gave helpful advice which I always appreciate when I went shopping for a handgun. Ashley and The manager helped with paperwork and checkout with no hiccups. Great first experience with pawn shops.

Their attitudes were TERRIBLE. My husband was trying to sale his play station 5 and the woman who answered the phone had the WORST customer service. My husband of course was asking about pricing and she acted like she couldn't answer his questions. Me being the wife that I am I went ahead and called them because I work in customer service. The man who answered the was even worse! He continuously cut me off and then hung up on me. VERY RUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

lol so you respond to my one star review with some bs about a public bathroom which is a good tactic so people think that's why well I had written out why but had more dignity however let's explain why I put one star I walked in and the LARGE black lady made a phone call as I was trying to have a friendly conversation (I do gold refining for a hobby and am friends with a lot of pawn shop owner) she literally started calling someone as I was talking and then I see the prices OMG people they have a 5 gram 14k chain for $995 that's acua worth $226 and they probably paid half that as that's a common practice fyi people scrap gold calculator is where you can eliminate their lingo (spot,melt,penny weight etc. that's why I gave your crappy shop a 1

This is by far the best place to buy a new or used gun. Went to purchased a new gun for my wife. Which was made possible by Curtis. He was the man for the plan. This was like shopping for new shoes except this time was fun. He is excellent at his job and customer service. After some expert help from Curtis and range time with a wide selection of many gun styles in house. She was extremely happy and should I say very comfortable with her new fashion accessory . So I always say word of mouth is the best form of advertisement that is why I give 5 stars to Curtis and the team .Came with a case two clips and holster.

First experience with a pawn shop and I am soooo glad I picked Superior Pawn & Gun! I had rings from a previous relationship collecting dust in my jewelry box I wanted to get rid of. I was concerned about going to a pawn shop because of all the nightmare stories I have heard. No worries at this place. I got a more than fair cash offer! The ladies helping me were top notch and so friendly. They immediately put my worries at ease. These people are super at customer service. Everyone that came in while I was there was treated with the up most respect. All treated like family to include myself. I highly recommend Superior Pawn & Gun!
