Did business here years ago and called them up for a service two days ago. They were kind enough to refer me to someone who could help me. This place has been here for a long time and the people who work here are kind and very helpful. They treat novices and seasoned weapons owners with dignity. If you want to know about firearms or are just getting started, they are the ones to chat with. The range is very nice and the take the time to teach and inform.

Went here yesterday to fire at the 'range'. After standing around for about ten minutes, some angry old guy working the front counter yelled at me 'can I help you?' I replied with 'yes, you can... after you finish with your customers' (maybe 2 or 3 in line). I ended up walking out. Place seems a little agitated and perhaps too busy to be a safe place to relax and shoot. Probably one of those ranges you can find bullet holes in the roof. Not safe. Not for me.

I love this company. They are a family business and they make you feel, like family. I have a big mouth so they deal with me, very well. They will work with you and try to satisfy, every request. I brought in an Authentic American Fender Stratocaster to get a loan. I was originally offered about $200 for the loan. I explained how this guitar easily sells for $1000 on the low end. The manager told me she had to go off the low end of what she saw online (using ebay and Reverb.com). I checked these numbers for myself and didn't see a deluxe Strat lower than $950 (the one listed at this price is in far worse condition than mine.) My serial number is right on the back of the Headstock. The Strat had all original parts, was never altered. The manager tried to use fender's site to verify my instrument. She revoked her original low ball offer because she said all she could see on fenders site was the neck. She did not try to see how the guitar could be verified in other ways. The fender site even has a disclaimer stating that if the serial number doesn't show in their system, this does not signify a lack of authenticity. She clearly didn't read that disclaimer, and if she did, she did not care enough to do her due diligence any further. I can't help but feel like I was either descriminated against, or that this lady truly knows nothing about guitars and shouldn't be allowed to determine the loan price of any instruments. I will never do business here again. By the way, their gun range is trash.

The manager lied to me about the price of a gun. Then wouldn't refund my money when I found out he lied. He charged me more money for a used gun than a new one cost. Can't trust the manager, and I won't buy anything else from this store.

I took the conceal and carry class with Clay and it was phenomenal. I was dreading spending 3 hours in a class but it honestly flew by. He was very engaging, knowledgeable, open to any question and honest. Will definitely come back for more training.

I have been going to this store for about 7 years. I absolutely love the place. I have bought reloading, ammo, scopes and weapons. I truely appreciate going there and looking for a good deal. I feel you have to do that. Good people and seem to be fairly knowledgeable the only thing i didnt like but would not rate down - they have a rewards program they started but then didnt use for some time - all said i recommend people to go here.

We went here to get some practice in and loved it. The range is smaller, but I preferred that. I've been to larger ranges and it was overwhelming. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They aren't just gun owners, but come from careers that support their knowledge (hope that makes sense).
