Super Chix - Williamsburg

I love super chix! The food is always fresh (which means yes, sometimes there is a bit of a wait.) i love the buffalo chicken salad, as well as the chicken sandwich. The fries are also amazing and they have an assortment of seasonings you can choose from. They also have ample sauces for your fries, tenders, etc. all of the employees are very nice and welcoming. I don't think I've had a bad experience with any of them. The restaurant itself is a nice size, with the option to dine in or take out.

Been eating there since it opened -- at least 10x. Walked in today and the place just felt different. Looking down the line, the floor was dirty, wet, no cashier. She was back huddled with some other older guy--took her time to come and greet us. Like I said different. I almost wanted to walk out immediately, but this is my son's place. We ordered, no big deal. Here's why I'm writing in. This place is expensive. I payed about 55 bucks for a 3 piece, a 6 piece fingers, Cole slaw, 1 deluxe, 1 reg fry, and one large fry. I tipped 18% bringing my check to just under 70 with tax and stuff.I always order a large fry to share with my wife. Sometimes it is a large, this time it was pathetic--not even the size of a regular. My son who order a reg fry, got a normal amount and had 2x - 3x my portion. I mentioned this to the food runner who -- didn't give two f-s, and told me that my son got the large so I should just be ok. She dismissed me and walked away.I was not. For almost 7bucks a portion--you can't give me a few more fries? WTF? Why couldn't I just get my size portion? What happened to this place? The sauce area was a mess, dirty--I could see sauce on the rims of the dispenser.Guess I'm back to getting my son to goto the cheaper and higher quality competitors. I had high hopes.

This is the first time that I've eaten at a Super Chix. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and vanilla custard. The chicken tenders were large in size and tossed in a hot honey sauce. The fries were hot and fresh and the custard was smooth. The cashier was helpful when asked questions about their menu. I appreciated her helpfulness since it was my first time there. This place is definitely worth trying out when wanting to get some good chicken tenders.

The food tasted pretty good, but didn't really do well on the drive home. They're so jam packed (not a negative) that we had to reassemble before eating. The plastic packaging also didn't help because they steamed the sandwiches in the time it took to get home. The fries were also a little cold and not crisp, even though it had only been about 10 minutes since we got them. The Korean BBQ and Cheesy BBQ sandwiches are winners though and should be tried. I also really liked that the sauce station has plenty of cups so you can try them all of you'd like. We'll definitely try again since the sandwiches were so good.

Decided to give this place a try as it was not far from us and we wanted a quick lunch option. Parking is near by and some parallel parking near as well. Off to the food:This gives me if five burgers wanted to be a chicken sandwich place vibes. The food was cooked fresh which is much appreciated coming in at 30ish bucks. The buffalo chicken sandwich was good and the fries the sauce bar was much appreciated. I really liked the signature sauce a lot. Next up was the Nashville. The staff did what they needed to do promptly. Wouldn't run back but would go again.

After attending a Yelp event days prior, I thought it would be great to come back for a full meal with Sophia by my side. The weather was great for Sunday and we drove here after catching a movie. Question is would this be a legit experience or one where I would leave scratching my head in bewilderment?We were greeted by one of the employees when we walked to the counter. From there, you place your order either as dine-in or takeout. I ordered the Cordon Bleu chicken sandwich with a side of fries with Cajun seasoning and also a Reese Pieces cold fusion dessert. Everything was pretty good. The chicken sandwich had plenty working together. Hand breaded chicken, ham, honey mustard and Swiss cheese....good enough for me. The fries were well done with a good amount of Cajun seasoning to keep your taste buds afloat. I also had Nashville Hot, Korean BBQ and Honey Mustard dipping sauce for the fries. And the cold fusion dessert had a whole lot of Reeses Pieces mixed with their custard...say no more. Sophia ordered the Bacavo Ranch sandwich and gave it thumbs up on her end.Definitely not a bad meal for both of us. The drive was worth it and the vibe was pretty calm with music going and TVs full of sporting events to keep you interested. Can't ask for anything else. We will be back the next time we're in the area. Till next time :)

Ok Super Chix, local Chick-fil-A "esk"type of chicken place. Very expensive, reminds me of a chicken version of 5 Guys.Although I only ordered fries, my husband greatly enjoyed the chicken sandwich he had here. They do shakes along with chicken sandwiches, and cheese fries with different seasonings to add. Service wasn't much, as you only go to the counter to order and don't deal with the staff afterwards. Ambiance was spacious, tables weren't on top of each other. There are only 2 restrooms here.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about my experience! The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. And the FOOD was AMAZING! Hands down the best chicken, & fries & custard, around! (Pictured: Bacon Avocado Ranch Chicken Sandwich & Fries)

I recently visited Super Chix, a casual dining spot that has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a delicious meal of chicken fingers. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere - staff is excellent! The setting is perfect for a laid-back lunch or a casual dinner with friends. My daughter's friends loved it too! The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the high quality food. I decided to try their famous chicken fingers, and they did not disappoint. Each piece was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. What made the experience even better was the variety of sauces available. Each sauce was unique and complemented the chicken perfectly, adding an extra layer of flavor to every bite.Another standout was the plate of skinny fries. They were cooked to perfection, crispy and golden, and seasoned just right. I can confidently say that these are the best skinny fries I've had in a long time.To finish off my meal, I indulged in their creamy custard. It was the perfect dessert, rich and smooth, providing a delightful end to an already fantastic meal.Overall, my experience at Super Chix was exceptional. The quality of the food and the variety of options available make it a must-visit. I highly recommend Super Chix for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal in a casual setting.

I had a late lunch to go at Super Chix. The place was not exactly busy (one occupied table and 2 take orders took place while waiting for my sandwich). That said, we were more than a bit surprised that we and the guests that followed us in didn't rate a smile from the staff member. Too bad. There are plenty of customers who won't return following a sour (or non- existent) welcome to a business. Anyway, my Chicken Cordon Bleu (served on Hawaiian King buns) arrived warm, tasty and fairly quickly (see photo). The sauce was a good complement to the crispy ham and tenders that make up the sandwich. It would have been nice if Dr. Pepper was offered at Super Chix. Sooo, what could have been a 3+/4 Star rating ends up a low "3" thanks to the lack of smiles or a decent welcome. As a result it will not be a high recommendation to friends or even a spot we'll rush back to.
