Pro: variety of stuff to buy, close location to the beach, Clean environment. Con: price. If you are in the Virginia Beach area then you probably have seen multiple substation store every couple of block down the boardwalk. This store offers many thing such as cup, hermit crab, bags, stuff animal, candy and more. It can be a little pricy and they don't have a parking lot so either you have to park by a meter area. Sunsation used to offer coupons in the coupon book but this year in 2022 they have no coupon to offer.

Great prices for the tourists! I go during off season and find incredible bargains! I got my water shoes for $8!I hate the feeling of someone following me around the store. I know people steal, but I'm not one of them! They have typical beach souvenirs.

As far as a Sunsations goes, this one fits the bill. We were able to get many beach and souvenir items for an overall great price. It's in a good spot on the main drag, just steps away from the beach. The store is very large and it has just about everything you need. It was well stocked and organized. I had no trouble finding what I needed. The store had good AC, smelled okay, and was generally clean. Nothing is a bigger turnoff when that is not the case.The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a bonus because I've been to a few of these places before and they aren't helpful at all.The prices on the various items are competitive and it probably won't get much lower anywhere else.If I'm back in the area I will come here again for my beach and souvenir needs.*This business is gun carry friendly.

This is your typical souvenier shop. Everything from tshirts to refrigerator magnets to bottles of seashells. There's one on nearly every corner, so if you miss one you'll see another in minutes.You get a coupon book at the door, so that's an incentive to buy more stuff.

Hermit crabs are not toys. They are living beings not tourist souvenirs. Do not shop here until they stop selling them.

Every time I'm at the beach and need to pick up some souvenirs, this store never lets me down.Although the beach crowd has grown more decrepit each year, it isn't reflected within the confines of this store.If you're looking for nice souvenirs, then this is the place for you. You can get cheesy stuff anywhere, but if you want to get something that says, "hey, I care about you and I'm showing just how much I care about you by giving you this not-so-cheesy ashtray," then look no further.This store literally has everything you could want in a souvenir shop. I even found a legitimate looking "Virginia is for lovers" t-shirt here.Of course the only downfall of this place is that you have to navigate through Atlantic Avenue. During the day time, its like an open-air Wal-Mart. I mean really, its horrendous. The type of people that walk along the streets make me throw up in my mouth. And at night, guard your grill!!!!! If you're a girl, surround yourself with guys. If you're a guy, surround yourself with guys. Strength in numbers people!And you can't beat that with a bat...

Crooks. Beware, they don't offer any refunds for their merchandise. Exchanges only. Waste of money. It's a shady practice when companies won't offer refunds for their "quality" merchandise.

Lots of beachwear and apparel. The service was good until I got a shirt with a hole and the asst manager tried to give my husband a hard time in exchanging ,although I stepped and it was an easy fix . Lots to look at very comfy flip flops . Overall I went in three locations . I came out with lots of goodies .
