We usually hit this place? Amount others, every year for the past 20 years to get our annual souvenirs. Every year I say I'll never be back because the employees are so dang rude. And every year I come back thinking someone who works here is nice.... Nah, hasn't happened yet. One word answers no elaboration or help for the customer. I get it tourist money is good money but shit a little niceness goes a long way to make people's day. I spend my money across the street and hopefully I remember next year to just skip it

The parking is pretty dicey here and this was towards the end of September, not prime time summer time. A pretty big shop and they have a lot of your standard beach town trinkets and souvenirs. They didn't however have any tshirts in plus sizes so we had to go elsewhere.

High prices, and BEWARE, they charge a fee for credit cards, unlike other shops. Spent $59 on 2 shirts, then they added $2 for using a credit card. It's normally the cost of doing business, but they must really needed the $2. Shady business.

Staff was very friendly! Would definitely return to store. Lots of shirts, sweatshirts and many logos to choose from

We've been going to this location for years as summer visitors. Now we live on the island and we still go there often. Especially when we are ready to get our "yearly summer t-shirts". The staff are amazing, especially Megan, who is always super friendly with a smile and personable. Quality products, good prices, and a huge selection.

Good place to get a swimsuit if you happen to have forgotten to pack one. Not that I did that or anything...

Went with my two grandsons and wife to Sunsations. The boys were each given $100.00 to buy T shirts, Sweats, basically memorabilia wear to remember the vacation. My wife had $500.00 as she wanted to buy for our other 10 grandchildren that couldn't make it with us.I asked the teller to use the bathroom and was told they didn't have a bathroom but other business's where you buy "stuff" would let us use theirs!! Another customer told us the teller had just returned going to their bathroom but that they wouldn't allow customers to use their bathroom.Well, needless to say we did just what the teller recommended..........we too all our business across the street to their competitor and they did let me use the bathroom!!I'm a disabled Navy Veteran and due to a fall had some kidney damage and thus have to frequently go to the bathroom.So, the moral of this story is steer clear of SUNSATIONS and go elsewhere!!!!!

You should get a thumbs down, Wow, horrible customer service, the associate working today had a terrible attitude, I usually always come here when I am in town, I will make sure not to come back, so nice when a rack is clearly marked with a 50% off a specific brand you a find that specific brand and the tag on the merchandise is clearly marked with a 50% off and the associate at the register saying "i can read " When i just want you to logically explain why that's my problem as the customer , let's see rack is marked- merchandise is marked, I'm confused why your angry that I am questioning why the wrong price was charged.

We got some good deals on t-shirts and sweatshirts. Plus everyone got to puck out what they wanted on their shirt. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Thanks

Very long wait, only one print machine for t-shirts when that is one of the things they are known for doing so slow service. Also, out of several designs and printed the wrong design on my husbands shirt that didn't even match the front logo. My husband said it was fine because the wait was so long and we were frustrated at that point with people waiting behind us as well. Employees talked about being ready for closing when we still had 40 minutes til close. Plus we had two employees jumping in and out to help us while taking other customers in between. Made us feel rushed and explains printing the wrong stuff. Overall it was kind of a mess.
