Been a LONG time since I ordered here, and we had a pizza emergency -- as in the place we usually order from is closed on Sundays. So we took a whim here to see if it had gotten any better. Unfortunately, I think it's worse than before. The cheese was totally overcooked, greasy and generally unappetizing. My three year old wouldn't touch it, and he loves pizza night. The recent take out experience reminded us why we stopped ordering here before.

Yo what type of world do we live in!!!? The fucking delivery guy left my food at the front door then when I called the establishment to speak to the manager the fucking delivery guy answers the phone and proceeds to argue with me!!! I repeat I am calling to speak to the manager he then tells me she sitting right here what the fuck type of establishment is this where I'm giving you guys my money before I'm receiving my food and then when I receive my food it's on my fucking front door step I would like a full fucking refund I am livid I am pissed!!!

I ordered a lamb gyro and hot wings. The meat tasted like rubber and wasn't even grilled. I can't give a review on the wings because they didn't deliver them. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. 1 star because you can't give a 0.

Ordered a pizza and a philly steak panini from here. instead a panini, they sent a philly steak sub and forgot the fries, which they've done before. That isn't as bad as the pizza looking like a hot mess. the cheese and pepperoni had slid and looked disgusting. I called and the manager said he wasn't cooking another, but would give a 20% coupon, but we're stuck with shit. A coupon doesn't equal the price of a shitty looking pizza covered in grease. WOW! WOW! We like to order from here on football Sunday and usually are happy w our meals. However, today I ordered hamburger steak w extra gravy. It came cooked to death w no gravy. I called to complain that the meal was horrible and not edible wanted them to replace it and I have to talk and ARGUE w 3 different people. Then the woman has the GALL to say when he comes to pick up the meal she will have to check if it really had no gravy on it! Really? What do you think I did licked it off? I have never been soooo offended. Where is customer service anymore today. I will no longer be ordering from here, I wouldn't care if the food was 5 stars if the customer service is 1 star, I'm gone! SoSick of companies today not demanding the utmost in customer service!

I always give a place a few chances, I've had good and bad from here yet this takes the cake. Watching food ball so order 10 boneless wings and breaded mushrooms. Well I ordered at 5:48 and their site said I should have my food by 6:35, well I didn't receive until 7:45 The mushrooms were a soggy mess of cold grease balls and the "wings" were cold with almost zero sauce. This place is a joke, slow delivery and sub par food. Waste of money.

Mashed potatoes and salad were fine, but the meatloaf was terrible, dry, tough, and no flavor. The naval galley meatloaf which comes from the same place that prison food comes boxed from tastes a hundred times better, would stick to the Italian and pizza if I were ever to order from here again

Wow... Wow wow wow. We always order from Sunrise. They don't always get our pizza right but they fix it when the screw it up... usually. Even when I found a ROCK in my salad they at least brought me a new salad. Not today though. No no. Today I ordered online, Six slices of pepperoni pizza with extra extra cheese and pineapple. I noticed when I entered the order that it appeared in the cart as 1 slice and 5 slices entered like two orders. I didn't do that so I deleted it and ordered again. Same thing showed up. So I figured maybe that's just how they process it. I recv'd 5 slices of pepperoni with regular cheese and 1 slice of coated extra thick cheese and pineapple pizza. I thought it was pretty funny till I called them. CALLIE or KALLIE the "MANAGER" was so rude I couldn't even believe it. I called to tell them about the order but was totally prepared to be stuck with it because I saw how it had entered in the system. But I wanted to make sure it was a glitch or something and not a misunderstanding when they recv'd the order because hey... I spent $52 dollars there today and my pizza is more than screwed up. She informed me she wasn't going to fix the pizza because that's how I ordered it. I told her I understood I was probably stuck with it, no biggie but she needed to understand that I DIDN't enter the order that way and that it must be their website that has a glitch. Her response?? "That sucks. Next time just call."That kinda irked me because it sounded like a blow off. So I asked if she was going to get someone to look at the site? I said I didn't mind being stuck with an incorrect order but I didn't want it to happen again. She then said I ordered the pizza and to next time just call. And when I said Hey! We order from you all the time and I'm not lying to you about the pizza order, she said you have a nice day now and hung up. I can deal with mistake because we are only human but the person was SO rude. I actually called back to speak to a manager. She put me on the phone with the little old man who I know had just delivered my order. NOT a manager and didn't speak any english. I am so insulted and pissed off. $52 is our AVERAGE order there. And this Kallie person just ignores my complaint, ignores the problem with their website, and blows me off completely, hangs up on me and then LIES to me about the manager I'm about to speak too. Rock in my salad, I still order from them. SEVERAL screwed up orders where they deliver the absolute wrong thing, I STILL order from them. Not after today buddy. I can not believe the complete lack of interest and just common respect that this little ....ooooo I'm really trying not to call her names.... CALLIE person showed. NEVER again.

This is the second time and last time here. This is the 2nd time they messed up my order. This time they said there put extra oil and vinegar but the sub is dry. There's barely a slither of cheese. They said they put lettuce on there. As you can see...there's barely any pieces of lettuce on there. We asked them to wrap the sub so it wouldn't be cold. They didn't do that either.We called the store and the lady was rude. We told her we won't be returning and she said that a fine and hung up.

Ordered a eggplant lunch special and there were numerous mold spots on the bread called the business and they tried to offer me a 15% discount on a future purchase. This is our 3rd time ordering from the Jefferson St location... Everytime something was wrong... Wing orders incorrect, etc. We never had these problems from the Chatham location in Denbigh.
