Service is terrible Asian female manager is rude and disrespectful. They don't listen. I ordered two number fives they gave me one. the guy making my food and gave me onions after I specifically said no onions . He didn't understand me. He didn't speak English so thats not his fault i guess. . Sauce is not included with the meal, which is crazy for how nasty and bland it is. Can only use your card with a minimum purchase of five dollars. Lo mein was tasteless and so were the eggrolls. Worst food in the mall. Don't recommend unless you want empty carbs , bad service, and low-grade meat would not give it any stars if that was a choice

I asked for noodles and a side of sauce for a previous order. He put the sauce on my noodles and told me that I ordered extra sauce when I specifically said a side of sauce. He then took my noodles and gave me a refund. I tried to order more noodles without sauce and he wouldn't let me. He told me that they were closed. By far the worst experience I've ever received at a mall court.

It's located in the Patrick Henry Mall food court, Japanese/Chinese fare, very good tasty food, they cook it right in front of you. Reasonably priced, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the portions are ample, they're not stingy about it, it's a mall atmosphere, but you'll forget about while enjoying your meal.

I ordered the fried tofu combo. I repeatedly told the cashier I wanted tofu because he kept saying, "Rice and veggies." My husband even repeated to him after I told him 3 times I wanted tofu. We even pointed to the picture on the menu of the tofu meal. The Asian lady hands me my meal without the Tofu. I told her I wanted tofu, and we told the cashier 4x we ordered the tofu! She told me he didn't charge me and that I had to pay the difference. I told her they messed up my order and that I shouldn't have to pay the difference. But I paid the difference anyway. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked the lady, "Where is my order?" She tells me two more minutes. Then she started to yell at me, "What is my problem?" I told her that "My problem is that you messed up my order and charge me for your messed up! I want a REFUND!" She continued to yell at me, but I didn't hear what she said. I continued to say, "I want a REFUND! You messed up my order!" As soon as I was close to the register, she stopped yelling at me and refunded my husband. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN BECAUSE OF HER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

With no exaggeration, this is undoubtedly the best food I have ever tasted. There is nothing quite like a quickly prepared to-go box of freshly cooked chicken teriyaki from Suki Hana. I have been an avid supporter of this restaurant for years, before they changed their name from Sakura Express to Suki Hana, and each time I go, the food is always so consistently perfect and spot on. I have been probably over 200 times, and each time I have enjoyed it as much as the first time.
