Style Encore Chesapeake

Style Encore has a large selection of high quality for both men and women. Most consignment stores have a limited selection of mens clothes, but Style Encore has a respectable amount of options for men. Prices are great, and the staff is wonderful as well!

First time here and I was very impressed with their selections. I got two larger sized casual shirts (very little visible wear) for a good price. Their 90% clearance sale didn't really apply to men's as they have not been selling menswear for very long. The staff is very helpful and always making eye contact to see if you need any help. I was very impressed and will definitely be back!

Updated review: they sell Men's items now which is nice because there aren't really any places that take mature men's brands in the area. Plato's mainly takes teenage styles. They are still looking for casual styles but I love that they are expanding their inventory styles. Staff is still top notch here! I always feel so welcomed and appreciated for my business. Upscale thrift store vibes. I can always find a good deal and love getting random offers through text from the reward program. I also love how active they are on social media like Instagram & Facebook. Definitely check them out!

I'm from Boston and so sad I wasted my time coming here. They are beyond rude. Awful customer service and they don't greet you when you walk in the door. Honestly so grossed out by that experience. I don't recommend shopping here, there are far better places that will treat you like a human-being. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

This location is not yet open for purchasing but they are steadily accepting gently used clothing to stock the shelves. The premise is simple: bring in your clothing, shoes, accessories in good condition for the staff to look at. Any items that they want to keep, they will offer cash for. I've been in 3 times and they have taken almost everything I've brought for extremely fair prices. I couldn't sell most of my stuff online for less! I'm excited for when they start selling. I've seen so many items I'd like to try on and buy. According to the staff, it will be about 6 weeks ago or so before they start selling.

I love this place with my whole heart! They have such a broad selection to shop from! They have size 0-6x woman's and men's. Such a well organized place easy to shop.

A couple of months ago, I visited this store to find a birthday dress, and as always, I ended up finding way more than I needed. I left with three dress options and other clothing. Initially, I debated whether to leave a review because I like to reflect on my experiences from multiple perspectives before sharing my thoughts. However, after reading some other reviews, I realized my feelings were valid, and that's disappointing because I genuinely love shopping here. I've recommended this place to everyone I know, and I believe that anyone choosing to spend their hard-earned money here deserves acknowledgment, respect, friendliness, and a warm welcome. That's all I'll say for now. While I plan to shop here again, I hope that when I do, I am received with the same warmth and friendliness that I noticed being extended to others who entered after me who did not share the same amount melanin as I.

Absolutely have had nothing but a very wonderful experience with the style encore team and the shopping is fabulous. Ive been made to feel like a part of the family, such lovely enthusiastic staff. Takes very good care of my merchandise, from folding each item to receiving a personalized card with thanking me for my purchase. oh and yes can't forget about the lil cute stickers they put on the shipping box.
