Stuuff Cakes

I was driving past the mall and i saw Stufft cakes food truck. So yall know i had to make a U-turn to go be nosey!! Lol. They're in the back parking lot where Michael's is across from Pembroke Mall. They have a menu with several flavors of cheesecakes, which you can add toppings to of your choice. I like that there are so many options!! They also had different puddings and more. The idea is pretty cool... The cheesecake is $10 i guess thats not to bad. I wanted it so i paid it. I can say the cheesecake did have some weight to it though. A nice solid piece.The strawberry crunch was ok. It had good flavor but i only enjoyed it while it was really cold. I wasn't a fan of the texture. But there are other flavors I'd really like to try. The red velvet is what I'll get next time... I also got an oreo pudding cup. It was alright but i didn't like the texture of the cookies. But i liked the taste of the pudding. I think banana pudding might be my next option... The cheesecake is worth trying and it will calm your sweet tooth. I definitely wanna try their cheesecake apples at some point. If you see them in the parking lot go check them out!! 3.5 stars

I really went out my way to try these cheesecakes since I'm never in the area of this food truck. They are in the end parking lot of Floor Decor.There's a lot of cheesecake options and other desserts like banana pudding. The cheesecake is stuffed with the toppings of the cheesecake. For example, I got the strawberry crumble, so not only is it on too but it's inside as well. It was different. I love cheesecake, I grew up on it! So I totally approve. The texture of the cheesecake was good and their spin on cheesecake is complimentary. I've seen them at other events so check them out on their social media page to keep track.

Been following this food truck on instagram for a minute and I finally tried it last weekend. We got the oreo cheesecake and the strawberry crunch, both were sooooo good. Stopped by during the week to meet up with one of the owners to pick up an order and they were really cooperative. Had the cinnabon cheesecake and I ate it all in one sitting. These things are $10 a piece but they are THICCCCCC. Definitely worth a try and I will be buying from them for holidays, get together. and all of that. Hoping they can get a store one of these days. Give them a try, you won't go back to cheesecake factory!

These cheesecakes are delicious! We got the Oreo and the S'mores. Both were very good! My personal favorite between the 2 is the Oreo.

The cheesecake is okay. Instead of the traditional graham cracker crust they use a slightly undercooked muffin batter as a base. I'm not a fan. They were sold out of vanilla icecream, however the oreo ice-cream is pretty good.

The concept is good. I was expecting a bit more for the price... I'm glad I tried them but I don't think I'll try them again.

Best Cheesecake in the 757 !!!!! . This food truck sits in the pen broke mall area off of Constitution and is the best cheat day snack I've experienced. They are open Weekends ONLY and I can tell you that everything is served with the best customer service you can possibly ask for. I am definitely trying them as many weekends as I possibly can and what better way to end a hard work week then to have a nice cheesecake or a stuffed apple . Now I was wondering how sweet the apple would be and let me tell you .... The apple only has about a tablespoon of filling so that was my number one chose because I didn't want too much sweet and this was still healthy enough to make me feel like I wasn't cheating my diet lol. Perfect for kids and small ones who want a sweet treat and it's sooo filling . I only ate about a quarter of it and I shared that piece with my small one. Will definitely be back next weekend to try some of their new flavors and toppings . 10 out of 10z
