I have personally known this lady since we were little. She's an up and coming chef that needs more exposure! Her food is definitely worth ordering in advanced! She also does private events for catering! She has worked so hard to get to where she is right now and I'm a proud supporter of small business owners including hers! She specializes in a variety of cuisine but these are just a few small samples of what she has to offer.I ordered a tray for dinner which had pot roast, garlic mashed potatoes, and baked Mac n cheese. I also ordered Buffalo egg rolls to complete my meal as well. The pot roast had enough seasoning in every bite and the meat was very tender! The baked mac n cheese was still creamy. I've had a couple of overcooked and undercooked macaronis before but hers were very on point. Cheesy and creamy in every bite! The garlic mashed potatoes were amazing too. The flavoring was just right and the garlic wasn't overpowering! The Buffalo egg rolls were very delicious! It had chicken and spice in every bite! It wasn't too spicy either. Did I mention how humongous these rolls were?! I also ordered at a different day as well. I was craving some tacos and elotes on a Tuesday and I was lucky enough to order some fried beef & chicken tacos. These tacos are definitely in competition with birria tacos. Just like her egg rolls, there were chicken and beef in every bite of those tacos! The tacos also had a salad in each tray and they were very light and refreshing. The salad wasn't hot or wilted from the tacos. The tacos ended up maintaining their texture and did not end up being soggy. The elotes were definitely something else! If you haven't had elotes before, it's a good one to try with her! The kernels on the corn weren't hard! The amount of flavor on the corn was amazing! I remember eating the corn first before the tacos because they were just that good! I normally eat the elotes last but I just couldn't put the elote down! The seasoning with her elotes alone are worth ordering in advanced to just pick up one elote! She needs to be discovered and have a food truck of her own or be sponsored to cook at a venue! Definitely will be recommending to all friends and family members in the Hampton roads looking to support small business owners! Don't sleep on her cooking!

this woman definitely knows her way around a kitchen. i have ordered multiple times and i have never been disappointed
