To say that we had a great breakfast was an understatement. Everything was wonderful and Tia was a great hostess! I told them they should use a little swagger when they were told everything was absolutely delicious and they enjoyed the compliment - which is not an exaggeration by any means. They said their owner's motto is "Let them eat," and they are doing it well. The inside is decorated with lots of really neat items and the place was super clean. If you do not stop here while in Williamsburg - you're missing out! And - if you leave hungry, it's your own fault. The pancakes and eggs to order are great. The biscuits and gravy were very flavorful and the biscuits soft and fluffy. The Greek omelette was exceptionally well done. I cannot think of one thing I would change. Great value for the money and service!

Your typical American breakfast :) Everything was delicious! Greek omelette was nice and light along with a hot tea. The server was very kind, checked up on us consistently, made sure we received all items. Southern kindness was very present! Plenty of parking, tables well spaced out, cozy vibes inside. If I'm in Williamsburg again, would visit here for brunch again!

I walked in thinking the food was going to be great because honestly it's a diner that is not super updated and most of the time that means they focus on the food and it's good.Well this was far from the case...got a steak omelet and the cheese you have to pay extra for. The egg was so dry and all the toppings were sprinkled on top and when I say sprinkled I mean as little as they could put. It had no flavor I had to drench it in hot sauce to taste anything. The potatoes and biscuit were fine but stay away from the omelets!

I don't like having to give a low rating, but this was an awful experience. My husband and I went on Sunday; which is typical to be busy, but the service was all over the place. The workers were arguing with each other and not caring about others hearing them. The tables were sticky and not cleaned; which was not appetizing. I ordered, which you can see, pancakes; eggs and bacon. I asked for over medium eggs and burnt bacon. The eggs and bacon were both not made correctly and the pancakes had a rubber texture to them. Luckily my husband liked his omelet and biscuits but that's about it. The potatoes portion was barely any, as you can see as well! The server she was kind, but that wasn't enough for me. I couldn't wait to get out of that place: it was super loud and just wasn't the vibe I was looking for. I would definitely recommend the staff cleaning the tables throughly and keeping work rift raft to themselves.

Prices are "different" and you can't make modifications on the combinations. My eggs came out at the right temperature. My sausage and bacon were cold. I don't expect bacon to hold heat but I do expect sausage to do so. The waffle was ok, nothing to brag about. BasicThe apples were not tender. At all. Maybe barely cooked. The chicken piece I tasted was seasoned nicely. The coffee was good. Our waitress was nice. Overall atmosphere, decent, however we were bothered by a pesky fly.

I stopped in for a lunch, and was able to order breakfast which I appreciated. The restaurant was fairly quiet. There were two ladies and a man out on the floor taking care of the customers. They were very nice and pleasant to talk to. I had two pancakes and two eggs. They were good. I liked that they brought a coffee pot and left it on the table. I just love that... Will definitely return next time I'm in town.

Not really impressed at all with this place. However, everyone in here was extremely welcoming and nice. The food was just ok. We had fried chicken, bacon, pancakes, waffles, shrimp and grits and beverages. This play was high priced dining to be a breakfast spot. Our bill was $101.00 before gratuity. This absolutely NEVER happens for breakfast. Had we had mimosa flights I could understand. Two adults, a teenager and a toddler for that price? And no takeaway leftovers! We ate at Cracker Barrel yesterday and the food was $70.00 for two adults, two teenagers and a toddler. We also left with food to go as well. It was nice to see a black owned restaurant in this area. I just wish the food was more delicious. The fried chicken was good but not over $100.00 for breakfast food good. We most likely won't be back here but everyone's palate is different.

One of many pancake houses in Williamsburg. The food is very home style, nothing to really mention. The pancakes are good, but the selection is small. The serving size is good as well. The place is a little run down, but for a quick bite, it's ok.

We have been coming to Williamsburg for years and this was a place we clearly have been missing. The customer service was amazing as soon as we walked in the door when we were greeted by Ms. Kecia. We had pancakes, chicken and waffles, and eggs and bacon. I had to check to see if my grandma wasn't in the kitchen. Everything was served hot and fast. Our server was attentive and gave great suggestions. There were regular customers who overheard us trying to decide what to eat and they told us " you can't go wrong with anything you choose". And they were not wrong! Southern Pancake and Waffle will now be our regular breakfast spot every time we visit Williamsburg.

Family breakfast before we head home. Mine was good, one of my daughter's said her feta omelette was bad, the cheese smelled and tasted funny. Everyone else said theirs was okay. The waitress was really nice and everybody else we spoke to there also.
