Sky Zone - Hampton

I took my brothers and my daughter here a lot for the summer and it's a decently priced place to take your kids for entertainment to expel all their excess energy lol I would normally go during the day where the venue is clean and there is a lot of supervision from the staff. I feel comfortable that there is only one way in and out the jumping area, so I can sit by there knowing where the kids are at all times. I also love that there are massage chairs too for the adults that just want to relax while the kids are having fun. The only complaint I have for this time period is that when it is crowded, there are no seats available if you want a break from jumping around, including the massage chairs. I love the idea of glow night but the execution of it has me not recommending it for younger, smaller children. I only went once but I didn't really see any staff members walking around and it was really dirty during this time frame. The floors were littered and super sticky and it sucks having to step on all that with socks on. And any flat surface area were full of trash too. Although the DJ was playing clean versions of the songs, I also was kind of weirded out that the music was stuff you would hear in clubs. I guess glow night is really meant for teens. Overall, I would still go back and would love to try their little leapers session (which is more affordable and meant for kids 5 and under) because these older kids are super rough and push each other, toddlers included, around a lot

Staff members are very nice but the place needs some cleaning!!! A lot of The foams need to be replaced for new ones! Pizza is good!

Not the best place. We got there just as they opened and nothing looked wiped down/ restrooms were dirty. We went there on their falsely advertised "Military Monday" only to find out that ONLY includes the active duty person and not dependents.

Arrived on a Saturday and found out we need toPurchase glow shirts and glow socks. Extremely pricy. The real kicker is that we went to purchase water for the kids and they did not have ANY water. No bottled water, no fountain water, and the water fountain that everyone uses had become broken. There was no hot food to serve it was a bad experience all together for the price that i paid for my family to enjoy smh. Last time ever goin back

I like SkyZone. My twin boys had been worrying me for a while about going. Things had pretty much opened up after the Covid rush and I was okay with taking them there to jump. After doing a little research, I decided to get them a yearly membership/pass. Once you go 4-5 times the pass pays for itself, and it is good for a year. The place is clean and the young people they have working are polite and attentive. I'd definitely recommend skyzone.

Took the grand kids to your location today.They had a great time. HoweverThe associate that checked us in was awesome. Very up beat. Place was not crowdedUnfortunately the girl that took my order said I could come back for my popcorn in 10 mins. Came back, they gave it to someone else. Then said they had to make another. Long story short it took a half an hour for her to clean and  load the  cooker. During which time she was on the back. Had to ask twice. Then the greeter had to turn it on. Finally got a serving only 3/4 full.  No apologies.

There's a clause in their waiver that says they will own you image and any recording of you that they may take while you're on the premises and you don't have the option to deny them.

Staff not super friendly. Concession stand was open but no one working it consistently. So wasted money to jump only for kids to be thirsty and had to leave. Won't return .

With the amount of people that visit this place and summer approaching, I hope either they get their AC fixed or at least turn it on if it isn't broken. Also the party we held there was for 4:30, we didn't get in the room until about 5:05 and we're still told we had to make sure we stayed with original time frame. We were not late. 4:15 almost our whole party was in the building or the parking lot. Lastly, the bathrooms are completely unattended to. Very disturbing restrooms. Pizza was good and drinks were fine at least. Also appreciate the fact that security was heavy and present, kinda terrible that they have to but at least they are there.
