This review is overdue. This was part of a larger order placed with & for family on Saturday, 03-11-23 for dinner. I ordered fried shrimp and fried okra. The employees were pleasant though there were plenty of customers placing orders and waiting for orders. The food was hot and ready when we received our orders. Would return when back in the area.

I had been craving a catfish po'boy since returning from NOLA and decided to check out shrimp shack. I opted for the catfish basket lunch portion which was ok. I did a pickup order I think I will try again but dine in so my food is piping hot. The beignets were pretty good.

Not a good as the one on Cedar Rd in Chesapeake. Food was very salty and I like some salt. Shrimp tacos were real good and plenty of shrimp. I'm not sure I'll go back.

sorry but this is not fresh and our food was not cooked and fries were under cooked had to air fry everything again and I am a fisherman that's enjoys great flounder this was the worst I have ever had..it tasted like frozen for the factory..please change your busness or you will not survive I wish you the best

place has rude management and food used to be good when it first opened and i wouldn't feed their food to my dog PERIOD learn to deal with situations or get out of food service!! DISGUSTINGUPDATE: my spouse and I currently have food poisoning, not sure if the food was old or the oil was old but obviously something isn't right here I strongly would not recommend unless you have two days to be down for the count....

I drove 25 minutes to get here and at 8:20 I ordered my food. St 8:25pm after I pay and placed the order, I am told the grill closed at 8:00 pm when the restaurant closes at 9:00pm. I can't eat fried food because of my diet. So the order was cancelled and hopefully my card will be refunded. It's terrible that the grill closed an hour before the restaurant. I wonder if that's their policy from corporate office. She even took back the two cups of tea that came with the order and threw them away.

Just left Shrimp Shack on Main street in Suffolk. I placed my order but the cashier failed to mention that there wasn't any ice in the building. After walking around the corner to see the sign on the machine (no ice) I proceeded to the cash register for a refund. The manager Bri comes to the from with an attitude. When I asked could I ask her a question she got loud and started yelling about my refund. At this point I want a full refund because of her tone and if she is suppposed to be representing the company as the manager, she needs to be fired. Will not be returning until that get a new manager. Horrible customer service.
