I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon because they were holding a raffle for a pair of hard-to-find sneakers. While in the parking lot the guy working inside was actually walking to his car and greeted me. It was only when he came back in that I realized he worked at Skate Supply, but he was super-nice nonetheless. He asked me if I was there for the raffle (he obviously made an educated guess since I've never been there before) and he took my contact info. He asked if I was interested in buying a t-shirt they were selling to promote the shoe's release and, because he was so cool about it, I said, "Yes," and pre-ordered. I think I got a second raffle entry by buying the shirt, but it looked cool, was a reasonable price and I'd be supporting a local shop. We also talked about the shoe in question (Travis Scott x Nike SB Dunk Low "Cactus Jack") and joked a bit about its release policy. It's not a big as Carnival but it has this laid back, relaxed vibe that I always remembered about skate shops. If you don't know what I'm talking about then check out the movie mid90's. It felt almost exactly like that, and the dude who helped me out was kind and friendly. JV

Unlike the other review, I was greeted upon entering the store. The associate asked if I needed help finding anything and was willing to go in the back to check extra stock. The store was easy to maneuver around and had nice quality items throughout.

Walked in with our little boy to by some trucks and grip tape. There were about 5 people in the shop, couldn't tell who worked there. Stood at the counter looking at what we wanted for about 5 minutes. Not one time were we told hello, how can I help you, be right with you, give me just a sec, nothing. I realize in this world of technology seems as though people don't know how to talk to each other anymore but when a little kid comes in your store to buy something with his own money and you can't even acknowledge him then you better learn some customer service skills real quick. You work in a laid back skate shop bros, learn how to greet your customers.

Sk8 Supply is our go to shop for sure. We've always been given great advice in a pleasant manner by staff here. Even the customers that frequent here have been massively pleasant and helpful. My almost 13yo son prefers to spend his money at Sk8 Supply because he sees them as a small business worth supporting. He's learning more than just skating from the folks at this shop. Love it!

I came in a week or so ago to get a deck for my son that he asked for, unfortunately it was no longer available. There were two guys working and they overheard me and asked what board size etc. He put in an order for the board I was looking for we paid there and they took down my info so I can pick it up when it's ready. They said it should have been there by Tuesday but I hadn't heard anything so I FB msgd them and they got backTo me said they'd contact me as soon as it comes. Well they contacted me again to apologize for not not being here on time and offered to get a different board in place of it until it arrives so my son would at least have something and we could just swap out when his actualDeck came in. Long review short I'm still waiting but the fact they took time out to msg me and ask if I wanted a replacement for the time being was awesome customer service. Can't wait to get my sons deck.
