This is a great little shop! Michelle is a wealth of knowledge. She knows her products well and will take the time to help you navigate the various health remedies. The shop is small, but by far the best health store I've been to in Hampton Roads, because of Michelle!

Great little gem tucked in the strip mall. Full of natural remedies, supplements and products. The staff is highly knowledgable and very friendly. I came in looking for local raw honey to aid in my allergies. She has a variety of options and jar sizes, so I got exactly what I was looking for! It also feels great helping local businesses, both this shop and the bee farm that supplied my honey. They have all you need for a healthy and natural lifestyle.

The owner of the Health Nut is very knowledgeable on health issues. She will research anything that she doesn't know. She is now promoting honey and cinnamon. It is an awesome combination. Go in and ask her how you can incorporate this in your diet.

Just go in. Jennifer is full of knowledge and will guide you in the right direction. From vitamins, cleaning products, oils, and snacks (and more), there is something for everyone in here. I came in when my family got strep and I didn't want the antibiotics. Long story short.....I haven't been sick since implementing basic life changes and new herbal vitamins.
