Absolutely the WORST experience of our life! Her customer service is absolutely horrible! She cant admit when she is wrong and she doesnt honor the terms of her contract! I am absolutely glad I cancelled prior to my wedding! My advice is to not prepay your whole contract before your actual day because she will refuse to refund any money in excess of your "deposit". Save yourself the headache and book with someone who truly values their customer.

She carelessly lost my wedding photos and gave a lame excuse for how she did it. I would advise everyone to not book her and look for another photographer.

You get what you pay for...actually you get less. We booked a mini session which is stated as being 45 min to 1 hour on the site. My wife requested 4:30 but she countered with 5pm. We got to the park and it was already getting dark, we started down a path where she insisted on taking some pictures and then after taking a few realized her memory card wasn't in the camera. 5 mins wasted, we walk down to a lake where there was good lighting by the water so that's where EVERY picture was taken. We finished at 5:25, so we got 20 mins of a 45 min to 1 hour photo session.I wrote Erika to address this and let her know that with little ones we could not do another photo shoot and we thought it would be fair to reduce the price of the remaining balance by %50, so instead of paying the remaining $60 we would pay $30. She countered with a hostile email and said she would give us a reduced amount of pictures and $10 off and that was all she was willing to "stand with"..yep those were her words. After I initiated a refund for the initial $40 we paid for the booking fee she called very concerned because I said I would review and let others know the experience we received.My wife was upset and wanted something to show for the 20 mins we got so we came to an agreement to get 10 of the 15 pics and $20 off. Huge mistake because %80 of the pics we got were pretty terrible. The one of our daughter is blurry because she focused on the step she was sitting on. We got duplicate pictures because she tossed on a black and white filter for some of them.We will NEVER use her again and hope this review serves useful to those trying to get quality pictures. Session was rushed, her customer service is horrid and worst of all we don;t have quality pictures to counteract the experience we had.
