Shun Xing Restaurant

Was in Edenton for work and was absolutely craving Chinese food, saw that this was the only Chinese place within 15miles, so I placed a to go order for a sesame chicken. Pulled up to their address which is posted online and on their website, to find out the shopping center was being remodeled.Called them up tried getting new address but had no luck on what they were saying with their heavy accent. The guy and women I both talked to kept saying it was near (what I heard "Poh 9") tried doing more research on what they were saying but found no luck. Sorry to say I had to cancel the order cause I couldn't find their location after already ordering. Ended up driving 20min out my way in the end for Chinese somewhere else.If the owner sees this I would definitely recommend changing the address on your website and not show (1316K N Broad St, Edenton, NC 27932 United States)

I got some chicken wings & shrimp fried rice and it was good. Not sure why the bad reviews but i had a good experience

Very rude my daughter called for me to place a 50.00 order she got tickled because she said sesame seed chicken and the woman who she was on the phone with hung up on her. When I called back the woman kept calling my daughter rude for laughing at her. I made sure to let her know that my daughter was not laughing at her she was laughing at herself and she had a lot of nerve calling someone rude when she hung up on a child! She asked me if I still wanted to place an order! I let her know I would be keeping my 50.00. I couldnt believe how unprofessional and nasty they were because a child laughed at herself. We will not be back!

Good Chinese food. The general tso chicken it is the best. But only one thing is not well. It's they don't take any card

terrible servic, taste even worse. charged me for extra sauce, then didn't put any sauce on my general Tso chicken, burnt egg rolls, called to file a complaint and the "manager" told me it was because of me there was no sauce on my food somehow and she was not giving me a refund or a replacement meal, she hung up on me and called my wife to talk to her about it and had the same result, rude service, bad food. I will never go to this restaurant again.

I am obsessed with their Pineapple Fried Rice! It is outstanding! I have had some amazing Fried Rice all up and down the East coast...but nothing compares to this Fried Rice!!!

Just nah. Sesame chicken did not taste good and the orange chicken was even worse. Threw up later. Save your money.

The past two times I have gone the order has been wrong, and the food has been uncooked. I let it slide the first time and then this past time going I called back and they will not fix or replace the order at all. When I have a old uncooked chicken and raw beef I am not going to feed my family or myself that food. We eat here every single Sunday night and here lately it has been going downhill and like they don't care.

i wish i could've given a zero star rating. the staff was extremely rude to me, i called and placed an order over the phone a girl answered and had a wicked attitude. i get there it's card only, i asked her if i could give her my card number over the phone she says no cash only. then she proceeded to tell me that i should've known it was cash only because everyone knows that. go to garden buffet the foods better anyways

Decent carry out Chinese food, but nothing to brag about. Does not take credit or debit! Service with a smile would be nice too, but it's hit or miss.
