Second purchase at Shoreline Appliances. Just like the first, the prices are the best I've found. We wanted a refrigerator/freezer for our garage and found a great deal for a basic GE top/bottom refrigerator with glass, adjustable shelves. Exactly what we wanted. It is 30W 25 CM for $650. Beat all of the prices we could find at East Coast Appliances, Home Depot, or Lowe's. Customer service couldn't be more accommodating. This is our go-to spot for all appliances! They deliver to our home for $50.

I drove 5 1/2 hours to purchase an oven from Shoreline Appliances that they advertised on FB. Negotiated price and specifically verified that the oven had no damage (screenshots of conversation available) prior to making the trip. Arrived at the specified time and found oven to have damage to handle including rubbed finish and red paint imbedded in scratches. Store personnel said that it should not matter to me since they had given me a good price. When asked why they said it had no damage, she said that she didn't really look at it closely. She then refused to sell oven to me after I asked her why she didn't verify it had no damage as requested. Product was misrepresented and I drove 11 hours total for an oven that I did not get to purchase. Buyer be aware that Shoreline doesn't stand behind their promises and will waste your time.

I needed a dishwasher and they had just what I was looking for in stock. Kimille was extremely friendly and helpful.

When I purchased my washer and dryer it did not have water hoses or a dryer vent hose, not only that the dryer had a gapping hole where the electrical plug was supposed to be. When I asked about hoses I was told everything is sold separately. Really???? I have never heard of anything like this. Even the delivery charge was crazy.... $75 for the first 10 miles then $10 each additional mile, $25 to bring it in the house and $50 to install.....I made other arrangements for my pickup. The owners wife was upset and told me if I didn't pick up my washer and dryer the next day by 7pm she was going to refund me my money back, all because I refused to pay their delivery fees. If I could rate shoreline appliance a zero star I definitely would, one star is too many.

We are having a house built and needed to purchase a washer and dryer. Summer was extremely helpful and found a set quickly and less expensive than expected. We ended up also purchasing a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave once we were able to find a matching duel fuel range! No 3-4 month wait here! Will certainly be back for future purchases!
