Ships Watch Assoc

Have been visiting here for years. Place is awesome. Some rentals are due for upkeep, repairs or renovations. What are they doing with the maintenance fees?! GREAT pool and access to the beach.

Dabney Properties got me hooked up twice last year for week long rentals at Ships Watch. Both times clean, well appointed and super convenient. I love Duck and these are very affordable well kept houses. Highly recommend!

In the past 20 years I would have given 5 stars but I just got back from Duck and the amenities Ships Watch advertises: swimming pool, hot tub, pavillion and corn hole games were not available . Found out after we were there that they closed that whole area down at the end of September and don't plan on opening again until May. Hugely disappointing and I am so glad I did not have my whole family( children and grandchildren) with me because they would have been disappointed not to have our Pizza pool party which is a tradition.
