If you are looking for Mexican food with a waterfront patio view, this is the place to go! So pretty and I think it'd be perfect for a date night :) I enjoyed my food, but I don't think I've had enough Mexican food to properly critique it. I get tacos wherever I go and it all tastes the same to me LOL. I also got a mango margarita and was so happy that they offered different sizes since I can never finish the huge glasses other Mexican restaurants serve. Their umbrellas outside weren't super sturdy. 2 of them fell down! Thankfully, no one was sitting at the tables where they fell onto, but it's still a bit unsafe. Glad I tried this spot with my family :)

I stepped into Senor Fox on a bustling Friday evening and was pleased to be seated promptly despite the crowd. The complimentary chips and salsa arrived swiftly, setting a promising start. Service was impressively quick, even with the restaurant brimming with diners of all group sizes.Our orders were taken promptly, and the food arrived shortly after. Following the waiter's recommendation, I tried the Juarez Dinner, and it was a feast indeed. Generous portions of fresh, flavorful, and authentic dishes filled the plate. In fact, the serving size was so ample that I couldn't finish it all, leaving me with delicious leftovers.However, the lively atmosphere, while vibrant, made it a tad noisy, making conversation a bit challenging. Nonetheless, this might vary depending on the day or time of the visit. Overall, Senor Fox offers speedy service and delectable meals, making it a worthwhile dining spot.

I love senor fox. This is my most favorite Mexican restaurant. Every time I come, I always struggle with what to get because I love everything so much. I love when they have horchata because it's amazing and you get a huge glass of it with refills. Their horchata makes me so happy. So do the beef flautas and aqua tacos and garlic shrimp and queso and seafood chimichangas. Everyone chips in when they walk by and see you need something. Service is fast and they always have a smile. It's never too loud unless there are a lot of large parties. Friday through Sunday are usually the busiest.

Had dinner with a friend on a Tuesday evening recently. Table-side guacamole was not made in front of us, but it could not have been better; chunky with lots of cilantro. We sat on the patio on a lovely evening. Atmosphere was great. This restaurant is buzzing and doing great business. The food and service were delicious and we will be back.

We visited Senior Fox for Cinco de Mayo a few weeks ago and since it was later in the evening around 9:00pm, I assumed we were going to have a long wait since the restaurant was packed. Thankfully, they had ample seating on the outside deck and since the weather wasn't that bad, we decided to take advantage of it. After a few minute wait, our waiter came to ask if we wanted to start with some drinks in which I chose a Spicy Mango Margarita. The drink was really good but was very sweet, the mango tasted like it was a purée of some sort but it hit the spot! We then placed our order and I chose the Sizzling Enchiladas which came out about 30 mins after I ordered and definitely was not sizzling. I assume since it was a pretty packed that it may have been sitting in the back for a while but nonetheless, the enchiladas were delicious and I cleaned the whole plate lol. The side of rice was okay, it wasn't as flavorful as it normally is but it was edible. I wasn't a fan of the beans though. They normally serve refried beans but they served what looked to be some stewed Northern beans with meat and tomatoes. I wasn't a fan. Once we were finished with our meal, we received the check and gave our card to the waiter to pay. Once he returned with the receipt, we noticed there was an up charge of $3 for using our card. If we were to use cash, it was the normal cost of the food/drinks but since we used our card, they tacked on an extra $3 onto our check. Now, it would have been nice if the waiter let us know that beforehand just so we were aware but to think we're paying one thing and to be charged for another is horrible customer service. I'm not sure if I will return but just wanted to let others know as a heads up.

I have been wanting to try Señor fox. I was in the area so i called in my order. The restaurant is located next to Red Robin in the Redmill area. They have tons of parking and are located right on the water. Theres a pretty lake you can view while dining on the deck. When i went in they were repairing the front of the building. There weren't to many people inside. The gentlemen brought me my order and was kind and also gave me a soda. How nice!! He was friendly. I ordered the carne asada fries, chupacapra tacos, a side of rice and beans, and it came with chips and salsa... The portion of carne asada fries was pretty big. The fries were a little under cooked and the steak needed seasoning, but i popped it in the air fryer at home and added seasoning and it made it taste better. The rice and beans were pretty good also, again the portion was filling. The chupacapra tacos were 3 tacos in and order. It doesn't come with a side. The tacos were loaded with meat and pretty filling. They were good. I really liked the white sauce that came with the chips. The salsa had no flavor. I mixed it with the white sauce and liked it better.This is a nice place to take the family or for gatherings. The prices are reasonable. I'd return to try other things on the menu. Check them out!!!

Stopped in here with a party of 10 one Saturday evening and because of a passing rain the outdoor area wasn't being seated. It was a bit crowded when we got there and our table was on top of another at one end. The food was delicious and everyone in my party's liked what they ordered. I had some picky Mexican eaters from out of the area and they said it was good. All the ingredients were fresh and our table with all the food was so colorful and visually appealing. I would eat here again but would sit on the patio next time just for a good open air vibe which was there once the rain cleared. Try this place out if you're in the area.

If you have an appetite and you enjoy Mexican food, this is a great option. I really enjoyed my food at this place. The drinks were strong and they had plenty of margarita options to choose from. I would absolutely return here with a group for good food and a good time.

I had an awful experience at Senior Fox. Right after walking in, the manager immediately made me feel uncomfortable. He told me I couldn't bring my filtered water into the restaurant and made me go back to my car in front of my entire family. It was humiliating and unnecessary. As someone who works in the service industry, I believe the customer should always feel welcome.. and this was far from it. I could understand if it were juice or alcohol, but water? Really? The whole time, all I could think about was how rude and unwelcoming the manager was. He was the tallest guy in there, but had the shortest amount of service skills. Definitely won't be coming back.
