The owner and the son are arrogant and rude! Zero customer service etiquette. We paid them to get our boat running. It still doesn't run. When I picked the boat up the owner didn't even help me to hook the boat up to my vehicle. He just walked right inside! The owner hung up on me when I called to talk to him about the boat not working. Didn't listen to anything I said, cut me off and then "We don't want to work with you any longer. Good Luck!". Click. Give your money to someone that will fix the problem and has customer service! Both these men are complete jerks! I mean completely unprofessional.
