Seahawk Motel

this is a hidden little gem. Extremely clean and neat as a pin though a little dated in Harkins back to an error that makes you feel warm and fuzzy. it's a classic style beach hotel with the touch of Florida with its Miami Dolphins blue indoor swimming pool and toasty hot tub. It's the perfect weekend getaway spot on a budget without feeling like you're compromising.

Don't let the lack of curb appeal fool you. This little hotel doesn't look like much, but it's a little gem. This is one of the oldest hotels on the VAB Boardwalk. The rooms have been renovated and nicely updated. The bathrooms are small but the updates are noticeable with all new fixtures and granite countertop and shower. At the corner of 25th and Atlantic, it's just 5 blocks south of the Neptune statue and convenient to everything. The pool area is dated but still functional and well-kept. Definitely give this place a shot, especially if budget is a consideration.

This is a great hotel in the middle of the strip meaning Boardwalk Oceanfront accessible to a lot of stores clean staff is amazing the only thing is the parking it's bunched up if you don't get there early you will be parking in the Overflow lot but that's really not a big deal this is a budget-friendly Hotel and you would never know it.

I had a very nice stay. I thought the room was clean. The bed was a little hard but over all nice.?My only problem was with the person who was working the night shift. The parking spaces were narrow. Well the person working had seen that I was having a problem parking. He watched for approximately 15 minutes. I finally gave up. I was getting ready to walk in clearly pissed. I had issues with him my final night. The man is clearly not employee of the month material. So in closing go early so you don't have to deal with him...

Good hotel for the price, I really enjoyed the hot tub they had on site. I feel the housekeeping and staff were great during my stay. A lot of folks said the elevator did not work quickly, which I did not experience (although, I was there off season). The only things holding this at 4 instead of 5 was the walls were not very soundproof and the parking lot is very narrow, which would make it easy to have someone ding your car with their door if they aren't being careful. I'd be hesitant to stay on season for those two reasons, but I think for a good rate off season it's a great pick

I book a stay at this hotel September 2, through the fifth of this month. I was rushing to checkout the morning of the fifth trying to get on the road to go back to Atlanta before the hurricane hit the coast. I arrived back home late that night so I didn't unpack until the next morning of the sixth which was less the 24 hours of my checkout. I realized when I unpacked that I had left my clock radio on the nightstand next to the bed. I called the hotel that morning and talked to the manager and told them about the clock radio. The manager stated that it was storming and the hotel wasn't full because of the storm and that she was going to send someone to check the room to retrieve the item and she would give me a call back later that day. She never called back that day so the next morning I called the hotel back the manager said that it wasn't in the room. I understand that it's my fault that I left the clock radio in the room but at the same time you expect the employees who work for the hotel to be honest an turn in items left behind by customers. I just want to warn anyone who stay at this hotel please don't leave anything in the room after checkout because you want get it back. Yes it's just a clock radio but it had sentimental value to me.

I recently spent a long weekend here. We arrived late on a Friday night. As others have mentioned the parking spaces are very narrow. My friend tried to get into a spot for at least 10 minutes. The guy working the desk just watched. Mind you it was late and no one else was in the office. We went inside and he pointed across the street to overflow parking. He could have mentioned that when he realized we were having issues. Later that night we saw him go out and tell someone else to park across the street. Something he wouldn't do for us.Our last night it was really windy. We heard an annoying squealing sound. We tried things to make it stop. Went to the front desk and the same gentleman was working. He gave us towels and said it was the wind. And we should put them around the window. That didn't help. I recorded the sound and went to the front desk again. He sent a maintenance guy over. That man tried everything he could to fix it. Evidently the AC unit was a little loose and the wind was making the noise. I got a different room, this was around 11 PM. The motel was not crowded, so I asked if I could leave our stuff in the room. We were checking out the next morning. The guy at the front desk said we had to take everything out. So I had to pack everything up to switch rooms. It's not like housekeeping would be cleaning at midnight. And the sound was so annoying no one would sleep there. The guy at the front desk is not helpful. So if you go don't get there late at night, or have an issue at night. The woman in the daytime was very helpful though.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay! Very clean, excellent few, and the rooms were much nicer rooms than ones I've stayed in at other "fancier" hotels on Atlantic Blvd. really great walking distance to excellent food, stores, and of course the beach. Was able to park right out front for the duration of the stay.

Very clean, they obviously have a lot of passion for what they do here. They provide a you with a great place to be next to the beach. The view is incredible, the pool and other amenities are very nice as well. We had arrived a little early however they allowed us to check in much earlier than they typically allow. The owners care about you're experience, not just your payment. I would recommend staying here for the location and the motel itself.
