My Favorite Thing Was How Everything Tasted With The Homemade Tartar Sauce, It Gave It A Little Tang Which Was Delicious. The Mac N Cheese Was A Little Lacking But Having It All Together Made Up For It. The Sweet Tea Was Also Great. $16 Shrimp & Fish Basket, Was Not Bad At All.

I thought this place was new but it was only new to me. I reviewed the reviews on this place and found them to be accurate. We ordered two fish and jumbo shrimp meals with fries, Cole slaw and hush puppies. Couple of things of the bat, hush puppies are not included, they are consider a side item and counts (if you get them) as one of the two sides that comes with your dinner. The jumbo shrimp, is not jumbo shrimp. It's just regular size shrimp. My fish in the dinner I don't believe was whiting but tilapia. The reviews said the food is under seasoned but I think it was seasoned fine. It was not bad but it did not reach my expectations. We called ahead so our order was ready as soon as I arrived. Nothing much to say about the restaurant itself for it is nothing more than a pick up place. Very expensive, we paid $34 for two dinners and that did not include tip. Not saying I won't back but if I do its because I'm in the area. Happy Yelping!

I get the catfish every time I order from here. Also the coconut cake is delicious. The staff is very helpful and the inside is clean.

My significant other loved this place, it was just ehh for me. The quality is good and food not oily at all. He raves about this place and tells everyone about it. As he would say, he'd come back here every week if I'd let him. Staff were kind and helpful. Place was clean and had a pleasant smell.

This is the single worst food I have ever had. My wife got 4 shrimp(small ones ) and 6 waffle fries (sweet potato) after paying the $1 up charge. We asked for grilled and specific asked for not spicy, it was blacked. And covered with spice. My fried shrimp was swimming in grease!!!The fish was full of bones!! Even the tea tasted spoiled!!!!!! They didn't not even try

This was my first time dining at a Seafood Shack and DEFINITELY NOT my last time!The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, the service was EXCELLENT and the restaurant was EXTREMELY CLEAN from the front door to the restrooms!!The fried whiting and fried shrimp were cooked to perfection and super fresh!!! YELP I ate every bite !! The French fries were DELICIOUS, Hot and Fresh, and just the way I like them!The cole slaw and potato salad were delicious, nice and cold, and the Mac N Cheese was hot, just the way they should be!My husband loved his crab cake dinner and was very surprised that there was more crab meat than filler! He enjoyed the collards but was missing having smoked Turkey in them like he gets at home ! He didn't leave any on his plate!The Coconut Cake took the cake literally! OMG!! SUPER FRESH, DELICIOUS, MOIST and baked to PERFECTION !Oh and not to forget the Homemade Sweet Tea which I ENJOYED every drop and it's free refills too ! Not too sweet just PERFECT!It was a 320 mile trip from New Jersey to get here, WORTH every mile and the prices were EXCELLENT! YES!!! I am EXCITED to RECOMMEND my family, friends and "YOU" too to give Seafood Shack a try !! YES!! You would LOVE them too!!KUDOS SEAFOOD SHACK on an EXCELLENT dining service with AMAZING foods!!! I'll DEFINITELY will be back again!!!

I've never had an issue when ordering from the seafood shack. Food is always fresh, hot, and tasty. I usually order through Uber eats and my food always has a nice crunch. This time I ordered calamari, hush puppies, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. The collards are a little bitter which is a plus for me because I appreciate a little bitterness. Overall, I always enjoy my food.

My boyfriend loves this place. He likes the fatty flounder sammich. Really crispy and flavorful. They also have their own tarter sauce that comes with the sandwiches that we really enjoyed and goes great with all the sides we ordered as well. I had the fish tacos and they were really good as well. We would definitely be regular patrons at this joint.

Just left. Had the Tuna Bites appetizer. The sauce was exciting, the bites were delicious.Then Oyster with greens as a side. Hubby had shrimp and scallop with slaw.Everything was fried perfect, not oily at all.The only thing is it would be nice to have a spicy hot sauce. Place is clean, staff very nice and respectful.Enjoyed it overall.

The food had large portions and was at a decent price. The service was good and our meal was brought to our table and the man who took our order was friendly. It wasn't a fancy place but we enjoyed our meal
