If you're planning a trip and want it to go as smoothly as possible, you should definitely use Seabreeze!!! My husband and I were moving across country while attempting to plan a wedding/honeymoon. Rachael and Katrina were easy to work with, quick to respond, and took so much stress off of us by handling the honeymoon trip. Rachel even texted us the Sunday before we left to make sure we were all set. Wonderful service!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We arrived to the hotel in Jamaica late on Friday night and they didn't have our reservation. Even though we paid for the trip over 3 months ago and we had our itinerary up on our phone to show the front desk, the hotel had it in their system for the wrong days. We couldn't reach our travel agent for over an hour, meanwhile we are waiting in the lobby of the sold out hotel in a foreign country with nowhere to stay. Everything ended up getting resolved MONDAY morning even though the hotel only showed us staying until Sunday evening so we couldn't actually rest easy until we were 3 days in to our vacation. It was an absolute nightmare because of the travel agent's lack of attention to detail. We ended up staying an extra day due to us losing a day because of canceled flights so we paid an additional $334 for the extra day, and when we asked our travel agent if she could reimburse us for it for our troubles , she said absolutely not. I would think she would have wanted to make it right with us, but obviously not.

I began using the girls at SeaBreeze Travel nearly 30 years ago. They are upbeat, gracious, friendly and always helpful. Their knowledge of amazing destinations and enthusiasm about travel are spot on.. One example of their incredible ideas, that I would have never experienced without their recommendation and attention to detail, was our October bike riding trek though the Cotswold's in England. My husband & I were looking for an active vacation, and by active, I mean riding a beach cruiser on the boardwalk. SBT hooked us up with a great company that reserved us rooms in the quaintest historic, stone inns throughout the English countryside. Each day we rode 3 to 4 hours to a new village, while stopping for fish and chips in a pub along the way. Some of the villages had less than 50 buildings, including homes, but always a center meeting place/market square and a church. Most of the ride was through gently rolling pastures with sheep and seemingly ancient stone wall fences. We came across fountains outside some of the villages that were left from the Roman road that dates back to the year 180. This was one of many awesome trips the ladies at SBT have flawlessly organized for us and our family, Suffice it to say, they deserve all 5 stars!

If I could give this place a zero I would. We saved for over a year to book a vacation to a resort in Mexico...well then COVID times hit in 2020 and we were unable to go to Mexico for our vacation. I contacted our travel agent Sandy and asked for her recommendation. She said she spoke to the tour operator and gave us two choices 1) hold onto the credit for the airlines to use the following year or 2) Refund them. I asked her for her recommendation and she said to hold onto the tickets and not get the refund. There were no stipulations given and I followed her advice on not getting a refund in hopes we could go in 2021. Sandy told me she would call me in October 2020 to re-book for Mexico 2021. I never received a call. 2021 came around and COVID still put a damper on things causing us not able to still go. I contacted Sandy and just asked if we could still get our refund and we will just call when things in the world went back to normal. Sandy told me (via email in January 2021) she thought we were already refunded for the airline tickets/hotel last year in 2020. I told her we were never refunded our money because we followed her advice hoping to go to Mexico in 2021. I never heard back from her and I had to email her again on March 1, 2021 asking for an update. She emailed me back saying not only is the deposit for the hotel not refundable but the airline tickets (which Sandy called vouchers) are not refundable and I must use the credit by December 31, 2021 to go anywhere American Airlines flies. I explained to her she NEVER told us back in 2020 that there was a time limit on getting the refund back to us. I told her I asked for her advice and her advice was to hang onto the money...there was no conversation from her saying that if we wanted a refund we had to decide by a certain date. She said she would try to find away around us using the flight credit this year and extending it ....she never did. My boyfriend and I just decided to use the airline credit to somewhere in the USA so the money does not go to waste and we do not have to argue with Sandy about getting the money back. I logged onto American Airlines website and tried to book a flight to a new location in the USA using the 'Vouchers' and it kept asking me for a pin number. I tried calling American Airlines and there was a hold for 2-3 hours on the phone and then they never called back. I emailed Sandy and let her know I needed a pin number to use the 'vouchers'. She said she has never heard of that and will look into it for me. She asked where we were trying to book the flights to and offered to possibly book the flights for us (long story short that didnt happen either). Sandy emailed me and only thing that was said was that she spoke to American Airlines and I have to call them myself to book the flight but they will charge me a $50.00 fee to do it over the phone. I explained to Sandy I was trying to book it online to avoid that $50.00 fee because I am already out the $150.00 for the hotel due to her not explaining the refund policy to me but I needed the pin number which she still did not get for me. Sandy told me that I am not able to book it online because now apparently I don't have "vouchers" (which thats what she called it with me) and they are actual ticket numbers she gave us so we have to call American Airlines no matter what and pay the $50.00 fee. I asked Sandy if we could book the airline tickets through her (which she offered in previous emails) and she is now saying no she can not even help with that. I explained to her now I am out $200 ($150 for the hotel and now a $50 fee to book over the phone) and all she could tell me was that she was sorry and she understands my frustration and how she was "blindsided" by this as well. I told her that is great and all....but it is my hard earned money she is messing with now. All in all, don't go here....use someone else and avoid the headache.

I'm very disappointed with the services this travel agency had given me. No help whatsoever. I went in for help with booking my trip to Las Vegas on June 19th; and Today is July 11th. I still have not receive any information from any of ladies that works there. Only excuses. I have called and left plenty of voicemails and still have not got any information on my trip. I suggest looking elsewhere and not here if you need help with traveling.
