Sea View Hotel

I booked a room here for Easter, and despite the bad reviews me and my significant other were impressed! When we got here we parked out front and walked into the lobby to check in and that went fast and smooth, the front desk lady was nice and gave me my parking pass and room key to the 5th floor. As soon as we got to the room we checked around for anything that was mentioned in other reviews, and we didn't find any bugs or hair. The room was rather clean actually. There could be a few touch ups here and there maybe with new sheets and pillows because they look washed just have tiny tiny stains if you look hard enough. But for the price I paid I was satisfied. Beautiful balcony view, no bugs, very quiet and private, indoor pool was open, TV worked fine, secure parking, AC / heat ran good. Nothing I can really complain about, would come back again. Thanks

We just stayed one night and we thought it was OK. Found on Hotels.com and got a good price. The view from the room was really nice. Location of the hotel is nice since its right on the beach. It felt clean enough and the A/C was working just fine. TV was small but works. They were remodeling the lobby to make it more modern looking. Parking garage was dark and dirty feeling but nice since its free. You can access the elevator from the parking garage on the 2nd or 3rd level but you have to go through the smoking section and it stinks pretty bad on that floor. Will probably find another hotel next time.

I wish i had done more research before staying here... The view is the only thing that is nice about this hotel, other than that , absolutely disgusting, shower head growing bacteria on it.. very small and old parking garage, dirty bathroom, we could tell something was sprayed on the counter/tv but never wiped off, random door in the room that wouldn't even unlock straight out of a horror movie!!

this hotel is filthy i wasn't here more than hour and bed bugs was crawling on my son jacket ! i left immediately & still have not got a refund !!!!

The AC couldn't be adjusted, broken I guess. The towels we dingy with spots and hairs all over them, glad I had brought a few from home. Then I saw roaches in the bathroom. We reported to the front desk and they were unapologetic. Only after I posted a review on the booking site, we were offered a small discount, however, the guy at checkout was clueless. We didn't have time to argue with him because 1) we had to go to work and 2) it wasn't his fault. Although we've stay at this property for the last five years, this was definitely our last time. We currently have a room here. The staff is rude and arrogant. If you ask the front desk girl moksa or (whatever her name is) for anything her eyebrows go up and she acts bothered. The man when we checked in. I think he's the main manager is super cold and rude. Rooms are tiny and not well appointed. We'll Never stay here again.

We rented two rooms. This hotel has cockroaches. We woke up n the middle of night to find cockroaches in the both bathrooms. We left first thing in the morning after checking our luggage and took pictures of them and showed them to the management yet they charged us for that night because we stayed there.

One star is generous to even leave because this place was by far the worse so called hotel that I have ever encountered. It has a motel/shelter vibe. It is definitely dated as other reviews pointed out. Aside from that, the room did Not resemble the photos on Bookings.com or anywhere else. The room had a creepy look and there were dead insects near the curtain by the balcony and the bathroom toilet seat was chipped and the shower had a measely curtain instead of a glass door. In addition, the ac unit appeared very old and barely worked properly. It is false advertisement all the way!!!For the amount of $ that they charge, the accommodations and service should be much better. The hotel no longer offers free breakfast or parking.The Only thing that was true advertisement was the ocean view.Immediately, I notified the front desk and the parking fee for the one night was waived. I then booked another reservation at a nearby real hotel. I am awaiting the reimbursement for the rest of the days charged. The following morning the manager did not even ask about the concerns or apologize for the false advertisement.Please read the reviews carefully before making any selections as Bookings.com advised me to do. I did not do enough research and wound up disappointed.

BED BUG ALERT , this place is nasty , from the poor confined parking to the overall general disrepair reminiscent of the condo that just collapsed in Florida , rust showing on structural beams , the elevator that looks like it's been used for cage fighting and reeks of a Marijuana like odor , the carpet trying to roll up off the floor , then the room , antiquated furnishings, cigarette burns on the bed coverings , did I mention, BED BUGS , don't put yourself or your family through this horror , nasty place . BED BUGS!!!!!!!

The dated hotel needs some TLC. Fresh paint still doesn't hide some serious flaws. Only 1 of 3 lights worked in the room (knobs were broken off others); set of towels were left hanging in the bathroom! The security gate to enter at night, you have to get out of car and go to front desk for them to open it; last day elevator stopped working (I was on 7th floor). Won't be back !
