Savor the Olive

Delicious and fairly priced. I loved this store, they make you feel very welcomed. The sweet lady gave me a nice tour and I loved learning where the oil was coming from. Friendly knowledgeable staff, don't pass this store up. Highly recommended, enjoy the tasting.

My mom and I are not some olive oil expert but We want to try something more organic and high quality so we came here. They sell many other things other than olive oil such as vinegar, cook book, plates, soap... After the lady greeted us we told her we want some olive oil but we didn't have much knowledge about olive oils, she patiently asked us questions to guide us what we prefer such as if we like it stronger or lighter, the price range, if we want flavored or non-flavored etc. The other staff are nice and friendly too, they said another customer love the olive oil we picked and we picked the right one. There are little paper cups for us to taste them too. At the end we brought a small bottle of olive oil that cost $15 but I think it's worth it because the taste of it is really strong so I don't need to put a whole lot on my salad or pasta like the oils I bought from regular grocery stores.Overall the staff are nice, the store is clean, the price is a bit high but fair, I will come back to try other kinds of olive oil!

There's good news and bad news in regards to Savor the Olive. The bad news first! The employees at the Hilltop location are so incredibly rude. I wouldn't talk to my dog the way I was spoken to in there. I was called out and yelled at from across the room because I, how dare I, was going to put some balsamic vinegar in a bottle. I was informed not to touch anything. The woman claimed that since Covid that's the regulation. That simply cannot be true because I can touch every shopping cart and every utensil in the salad bar line so that is a lie. If they want to change their policies, just change them but do not lie about it and blame it on the government. I'm sick of lies! The good news is that they have a delicious balsamic vinegar 18 year aged at the front of the store. Just don't touch anything!

I have been shopping at this store for many years. They have an amazing selection of oils and vinegars. You can taste all the varieties and pick your favorites. I try to do something different each time to vary my meals but I swear by their products. They are extremely flavorful and healthy. They are a bit expensive but for me it's worth the extra money because they add that special touch to all my dishes. I love them most to be used in my homemade salad dressings. SO GOOD!!!

We were killing time in this shopping center when I saw this store. I'd run out of fancy rosemary olive oil so I figured we'd check it out.The store is lined wall to wall with various vinegars and oils. The staff was helpful, though with it being so small and quiet I might've preferred if they'd been just a touch more hands off. I was happy to try samples of the different oils, and I did intend to buy some, I just wish I'd been left alone a teeny bit.Anyway, I bought mushroom and sage infused oil for myself and garlic infused for our pet sitter back home. Both tasted great.

I'm a huge Olive Oil user. And I'm very particular about not buying lamp oil. Haha. The people here are very knowledgeable and happy to help. Which you will need because it's a lot to take in. There's probably around 50 different Olive Oils to try! It's crazy! And there are little sample cups so you can taste to your hearts desire! I myself love the infused Olive Oils. They have savory,sweet,spicy, you name it. They also have a few balsamic vinegars to try from too. I only buy my Olive Oils from here.

Great service and selection. It's a cute little business in the shopping center. They had a wide variety of vinegars and infused oils. I got the Neapolitan Herb like I always get.

This place is simply amazing. I apologize for not getting the name of the lovely lady who helped us. We walked in completely blind as to the service and knowledge and fantastic selection in this beautiful little shop. We walked out completely thrilled and with three bottles of amazing oils and a vinegar. I can see spending way too much in future purchases here, but I am confident that they will be worth every single dollar. Ten stars.

terrible customer service and literally got scammed making a purchase from them online with apple pay. i ordered online on the 1st and i never got a confirmation email or tracking update. every time i called and asked for an update the lady (bonnie) would tell me to call tomorrow for someone who knows how to handle the computer. and the person doing the online shipments doesn't work everyday so i have to call on the days she does work to figure out where my order is. why is it a hassle and i have to call them everyday asking for an update on my order and they have no clue what my order is because they are now saying their computer is broken. so instead of issuing me a refund on my apple pay which is direct payment. they emailed me today saying there is something wrong with their computer and they are out of stock of the product i ordered. they gave me store credit instead of a full refund... now what should i do with store credit when they can't even tend to their online business. i live in california not virginia. please update ur website if you cannot properly handle online orders and shipment with ur business. this is ridiculous. now i'm calling them everyday asking where my product is or my refund and all they keep doing is telling me to call tomorrow to talk to someone else. i just want my refund back.

10/10 recommend! Best olive oil and balsamic vinegar selection I have seen in America. Mrs. Bonnie was so kind, very knowledgeable, and so fun to talk to! It was like stepping into another country! Overall amazing experience and we will definitely be back often!
