Sandbridge Events & Gift Baskets

On New Year's Eve we had a party at our home in Sandbridge, and Sandbridge Events (Summer Lane and Gin) managed the affair. They were extremely professional, highly efficient and made each guest feel special. This was their first party at our home, and we were delighted how quickly they were able to populate and manage four food stations and two bars.Sandbridge Events will be the first ones we call for all of our events in the future. Summer was fantastic! She was always in a good mood and very helpful on the whole process of coordinating my wedding. I live in CA but got married in Sandbridge so it was nice to have a local who knew the area.Prepping for the wedding, Summer was in contact with me to make sure we were on the same page of how I wanted my wedding day to go. She also stopped by the day before the wedding to go through everything in person. On the day of my wedding I had the most stress free day ever thanks to her and her awesome team! They worked super hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and if anything went wrong I had no idea - just the way it should be! If you are looking for a hands on coordinator or day of planner I would recommend Summer, hands down :)

My husband and I live in San Francisco, so the idea of planning a wedding in Virginia Beach was daunting. I hired Summer from Sandbridge Events to be our Day of Coordinator and she was so helpful in putting all the pieces together. She was very responsive and was able to answer the many questions I had during the planning process. She did a walk through of our venue with the caterers for us, since we couldn't be there. Helped to put together a seamless plan for our big day, and a back up plan for rain which we ended up kinda needing! Day of she made sure that everything ran smoothly, and when we needed to switch to Plan B that it all turned out beautifully. She was supper responsive, friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Virginia Beach/Sandbridge!

Working with Sandbridge Events to help plan my daughter's Sweet 16 was a great decision. Summer and Jenn have a passion for making things just right. They offered ideas and guidance that you can only get from locals. They were full of energy, on time, and withing budget. I will definitely use them again.
