This is a very small park. It does have a couple of parking spots. It's right next to residential area.

This small park is great! It's right by the entrance to the Marshview Dog Park and has a few sparking spots and a shaded playground area that is nice and new and updated. Additionally, two tennis courts that are marked for pickle ball are here. They're in pretty good condition and usually available. No shade at all tho so I recommend you bring water and a hat!

We were out for a bike ride and came across this really nice neighborhood city park. They have a few parking spots right by the park. The cool thing about this city park it has tennis courts. Everything was nice and clean and has been kept up with. Not only do they have a park and tennis courts but they also have a dog park. So it is people and pet friendly. They have doggy bag dispensers so you can pick up after your pets. Love all the picnic areas, Very family friendly. This is residential with plenty of mature trees and a paved walking area along with a dirt path to bike, walk, great for runners, wheel chair friendly and great for strollers. There are no restrooms because it is a neighborhood park. What a cool area

Salt Marsh Point Park is a somewhat occupied, small neighborhood park. It has a playground and tennis courts. The park is mostly clean overall. -- The Playground --The playground area with wood chip mulch is best for elementary school aged children. The equipment is in generally good condition; with close supervision it's good for younger children (note that there are large gaps in the openings along the playground system), and those who are a bit older congregate on the swings. There are baby/toddler swings, one intermediate swing, and regular swings. There's also equipment for climbing. The playground is in full sun to partial shade depending on time of day. -- Benches & Pavilions --There is one pavilion with one picnic table beneath it. There are 2 other uncovered picnic tables. There are a few trash cans. There are a couple of benches along the perimeter of the playground. -- Walking Areas --There is a very short paved path that runs from the parking lot to the pavilion. There is a cross walk to make it easier to cross the road; on the other side, there's another park with paved walking paths. -- Sporting Equipment --There are tennis courts! -- Amenities --There are no toilet amenities, so not ideal for a long visit. -- Parking --There is a small parking lot dedicated to the park. -- Things to Note --During peak times, it can get busy with kids. It's right across from apartments and condos as well as across the street from another park and nature area (Marshview Park). On parking lot side, the perimeter of the park is Marshview Dr. There is no fence or physical boundary between the park and roads, but there is a sidewalk. The apartments/condos on the other sides of the park have their own fences. The park close to the creeks in Marshview Park, so I imagine mosquitoes can be an issue during warmer weather. -- Takeaways --This is an average neighborhood park located near the Oceanfront and ViBe areas. The main attractions are its playground and tennis courts. If you are in the area, it's worth a visit for children or to take advantage of the tennis courts. I wouldn't suggest traveling out of your way for it though as there are lots of other parks in VB to enjoy, many with more offerings.
