Our family was able to order ahead and use this for a Mealtrain. Thank you Sals for helping us when our family needed it the most. Hometown care!Food was excellent!!

Sal's pizza sells pizza by the slice and it was good as you can see in the picture. The food came quickly and tasted great.

The Supreme Pizza and Stromboli Was So Good. I Think I Have Found My "Go To Pizza" Spot In Suffolk.

Decent enough food. But questionable practices.The pizza fries is just a bad idea. It's french fries smothered in marinara and mozzarella cheese. Way too soggy. Avoid them. Perhaps cheesy fries is a better variant. The garlic knots are solid. The cheese steak was decent enough.Today wasn't especially busy. There was me, one other table, and a steady flow of to-go orders. But I watched the cook drop the pizza peel onto the tile floor. It's a meta peel. Clang! Even the cashier was startled. He picked it up and put it on top of the ovens as normal. A few minutes later he used the same peel to pull out my food out of the oven. Unwashed. I'm a hearty guy. Germs, bacteria, and certainly viruses that threaten general health don't harm me. But this was a no-go practice. What what are the practices when no one is watching?

Once again these people get the F- in Service, Food & cleanliness !!! On Thurs 09-21-23 I arrived @ 4:45 pm & was eventually greeted by a waitress. Because of my last Google reveiw she called me " Crazy " under her breath & being a quick study of law I informed her slander is illegal in the state of Virginia & did she want to go to jail ??? My criminal & traffic lawyer in Carrolton may be making my case on this Monday morning !!!! The manager hid behind the kitchen door for almost ten minutes before finally coming out to speak to me after I asked for him !!!! He refused to serve me & once again the waitress started giving me some poopla about not having 8 people in my party to sit @ the big booth for karoke night !!! These people need psyche meds & counseling !!! There was nobody in the entire restaurant by 5 pm !!! Barron's Pub has better food , prices & service aswell as Karoke & dont have black biting flies buzzing around !!! There is a reason these people only have a 2.7 star rating & the rude manager & blonde waitress are gonna be the death of this business !!! I'll bet you this 989 thousand dollar farm they will be closed in 6 months or less !!! Bad food, bad service & unclean floors & restrooms will finish this subpar establishment off no doubt !!! Carry your restaurant & entertainment dollars on Thursday night & every other night of the week to Baron's Pub or elsewhere !!! Melissa B. Suffolk, Va

Sal's on Main Street has reopened. They're no longer using the "Salvatore's" name or "...by Maurizio" in their name. Their menu is very similar to most other local pizzerias: there is nothing special that stands out though they do offer a 24-inch pizza again.Service is friendly and enthusiastic. Pizzas and stromboli had good crust; would have liked more tomato sauce on/with each.

I had the wings there they smelled like old oil and weren't cooked properly. The pizza was Good. But they need to do better with the wings.

Combo pizza was amazing ordered through Slice pizza app. Delivery was on time and delivery driver was friendly!!!

Fast simple and good food! Polite staff as well! We ordered quite a bit to go and everything was hot and accounted for!

Pizza is excellent. Looking for a pizza, found a pizza, just like I like it. How do I describe how I like it. Slice, like the kind I could find in Philadelphia for lunch, fold over and eat.
