I ordered delivery from Saladworks, Landstown, for my husband and my dinner tonight. I paid extra for crispy chicken on my salad and it did not come. I'm very disappointed. The rest of our salads were fine, but I'd like to get everything I paid for and was expecting. I sent a text to the driver and responded to the store. So far no response from them.

I've only been to Saladworks a few times but I was craving a good sandwich on Memorial Day and since Saladworks was one of the few places open, I decided to stop in. As I walked up to the ordering area, the girl working there didn't even acknowledge or greet me which I thought was rude but I gladly greeted her first. The sandwich and panini options all looked pretty good so I decided on the Buffalo Chicken Panini Melt, I also ordered a small Broccoli Cheddar Soup as well. I was going to grab BBQ chips but the girl mentioned that the Lays chips were free with the sandwich, whereas the BBQ chips were an additional cost so I thought that was nice of her to mention...I chose the Lays chips lol. The panini was very good. The buffalo sauce flavor was prominent, the chicken was tender and I loved the gooeyness of the cheese. The soup was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed the huge broccoli pieces!!! Overall, it was a great lunch and even though the girl wasn't as friendly in the beginning, I'd definitely return back.

I have tried this store for pickup twice in the past week or so for my family. They have screwed up our orders twice and we live 30 minutes away, so i cant just take it back. They forget to add items to our salad or forget to remove items. The Maryland crab soup was horrid and not edible and was full of vegetables like a vegetable soup would look like. The noodle soup had 3 noodles in it. This has happened on both orders. I would never recommend this store or ever buy there again. The workers obviously don't care about making the food correctly. You've lost a family of 5's business permanently.

Service was good. Buffalo Chicken Panini Melt was horrible for 10.49 plus 1.99 for chips. Hardly any chicken on it and a soupy mess. Way overpriced for what you get. The salad my partner got was expensive as well and just not up to par. Cava blows this place out of the water...

The salads and soups here are so good! I like going here if I need a quick lunch. There are so many options for soups , that change daily. My fave is their vegan chili. Their salads come in a big portion and you can customize it with a lot of good options for toppings and dressings. They also have a pick two option if you want both a salad and soup.

Think this is my first Salad Bar. I feel like I am in California !The hosts that serve us are so friendly and helpful. Absolutely the ingredients are fresh and maintained. Definitely add the fruit. The only desert I would add is cookies !

This review is for their soft opening. I work near the restaurant and was told they were offering free salads today until 1pm. Score! Who doesn't love freebies?! Upon entering the shiny new store, I was greeted and given a trifold menu to view (they also have it overhead in the order area). They had a lot of staff available on the line in order to put together lots of salads and other meals quickly. I selected the Bently, which is a romaine/iceberg salad with turkey, ham, provolone, and tomatoes. The menu suggested a green goddess dressing (kind of like avocado ranch IMO). The employee made it as described - it was okay but I prefer my lettuce a little darker... mine was very pale green/almost yellow (but not old or wilted). The green goddess dressing was okay but I was kind of alarmed at how bright green it was (almost artificial looking!) Despite this, ingredients were fresh and the staff was very polite, and went out of their way to ask how my day was going. I'll definitely come back to try some of their other offerings. Thanks for the free lunch!!

Very pleasant and patient employee. There are so many options and I needed a little bit of time to choose what I wanted and the young woman was very sweet and gave me as much time as I needed. Salad was top notch and fresh. Stupid counties in northern Virginia took out all of our salad works locations. I really miss it.

I went there Sunday afternoon with my adult daughter. I've been to this Salad Works before and been satisfied. Today I decided to order the cranberry pecan chicken salad. It comes on large wheat bread, the type you can get at any grocery store. The sandwich was made and wrapped in a foil sandwich wrapper. At my table, I discovered that there was very little of the chicken salad product on my sandwich. I should have taken a picture. They have small pieces of chicken cubes and the dried cranberries. The bread wasn't even half covered with the chicken salad and there was no binder like mayonnaise visible. I took it to the counter and asked, "Is this how you usually make this sandwich?" And the girl said yes. I pointed to the picture of the sandwich on their wall and this didn't make her flinch. She said, "I can give you more if you want @ and proceeded to add more of the same chicken chunks. Either it was made improperly or they have a very bad chicken salad recipe. I did not see our taste any pecans on the sandwich. I did take a photo after it was remade so you can see what it looks like. The chicken was good quality but not enjoyable at all as it was offered to me today. Thumbs down for this sandwich!
