I will say that the employees are hard working. There were two people up front. The lady handled the register and the grill and the gentleman handled the sushi and the grill. I don't know that I would come back because my dish was rather chewy and I noticed that in the corner of the grill they kept precooked chicken. I don't know if that is a good idea. All in all my favorite part of this meal was the Sprite.

Upon looking at the reviews on here, all of them are from several years ago. I just went here a few days ago and I can tell you this place is DELICIOUS!! I ordered the chicken teriyaki with white rice and veggies. I have zero complaints. The chicken tasted great, the white rice was nice and soft and even the vegetables were good. The sauce was good too. I'm VERY picky with my food too so if I'm saying it's good, I promise it's good. Spent $10 and it lasted me THREE DAYS cause they gave me so much. That's a great thing when you're a flight attendant cause this job cause definitely be costly. Yes, I would 100% go back for more and I suggest you all do too. The previous reviews are old. Give this place a chance.

Girl no!The sample of the teriyaki chicken is totally different from the actual teriyaki chicken you will receive. The sample was tasty! it lured me in fa sho! had my mouth watering and ready for my plate. I purchased two basic teriyaki chicken plates, each was priced at 7$. why did the total come out to be 22$! I inquired to the cashier about this and she told me drinks were added because they don't come with the meal. Girrrl, those must be some expensive azz drinks! but by now I'm hungry, and my plates were ready. So I dig in and immediately notice there is barely any teriyaki sauce. in short, my chicken and rice was dry AF. I go back to the chefs and ask for extra sauce, they pour more sauce on and the sauce was so watered down and a very light brown color indicating this is not about to go well. Upon taking a bite I was absolutely right, TRASH. Barely even tasted like teriyaki sauce. tasted more like water. The sample has a thick rich teriyaki sauce on it. so they use the good sauce for the samples and give you the TRASH sauce on the actual meal.

3.5 star rating. Order the usual chicken teriyaki with rice. This meal is always plentiful. Both my daughters and my husband ate from one serving. Definitely a meal two grown adults could share. They have other options but this is the go to. They serve plenty of chicken to match the rice quantity. Service is as expected for a mall food court. You can watch them cook up your meal in front of you which is always good. Would definitely order from this location again.

I actually ordered my food from their separate sushi counter near the escalators at the entrance of the food court. Employees were okay, just straight to the point. I ordered the spicy California roll for about $5. Didn't take long for it to be made. Though I still enjoyed, honestly tasted like a regular California roll to me. Not a go to place for sushi but it's good for a quick little snack while in the mall.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I know its just mall food, but they could've been a little better. There wasn't much flavor to the shrimp and chicken teriyaki. Their "lo mien" is actually just greasy spaghetti. The gyoza is deep fried rather than what was advertised to be pan fried. I would recommend staying away from this place. New person: Legit people are paying money for a fake product which I paid $18 for. It's okay to make quick food but they made it cheap to the point where it wasn't the food advertised and not even good it was a waste of money and they charge "extra" for small things that should be already on the food! It's ridiculous that I feel scammed from this place. GO TO PANDA EXPRESS.

I have always been a sushi snob and this place is always worthy of coming back again and again! Really nice staff to care about what they are doing. The food is delicious. And if you want hibachi, the same outfit has a place in the same food court.

This place is a good place to come during your lunch break or if you want something quick to eat when you're in the mall. The best part about this location is they're marketing strategy. They're super quick to get you to try on their samples and to be honest, it tastes pretty good. The only area of opportunity I see is how fast their attitudes change once to decide to purchase from them. It's like they do whatever it takes to get your business but will then ignore you right after. The lady got an attitude with me bc I asked for a bag to put my food in!!! Other than that my experience was ok.

The teriyaki chicken and rice kinda tasted like cardboard to be honest. Sadly it does not fit the standard of other sakura Japan places in other malls

Sakura Elite is my favourite spot for a quick and unexpensive lunch. They're fast and efficient. This particular place is located at the food court of MacArthur Shopping Center.I do love coming here because the food is served fresh and hot. Its live cooking in the teriyaki style, a technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. The best part of the experience is you get to interact with the chef and if you fancy to add more spices they will do it for you according to your pallette.I can't complain for a less than 10 dollars meal. Its totally worth to try and I assured you that you'll like it as much I love it. Indeed, it's greasy and oily however it has so many elevated flavor that you can taste every of it.I truly enjoy myself every time I visit and my favourite combo meal is the TERIYAKI SHRIMP & BEEF served with rice or noodles and mixed green vegetables. I thought the food is perfectly seasoned. The teriyaki sauce is magnificently divine, the saltiness and sweetness is well balanced. An additional sauce of siracha added a different texture and elevate the flavor. The rice and vegetables is the best sides to compliment the main dish.I don't see anything wrong with the customer service but exemplary superb.
