Had my 1st visit with a few friends a few weeks ago. First time visitors get a free $20. card to start. We enjoyed our time and we all left with some $$!Lunch was delicious. We chose their burgers & chicken sandwiches with fries. Portions were delicious, generous and everything was hot. Fries were nice and crispy too!The only downfall was there didn't seem to be many staff to explain the areas, but it was a fun afternoon!

I love a casino, so couldn't resist stopping to check out Rosie's gaming emporium. We had coupons for free donuts and burgers ( I can never resist a coupon). From the moment I walked in, I had a smile on my face! It's not a "casino", but the vibe was energetic and filled with the local regulars. I had a great time talking and meeting several- all very quick to offer their winning tips . This location was all slot machines, no tables. After playing slots, we went to the cafeteria style food hall, to cash in my free food coupons. The signs brag about how famous their cheeseburgers and fries are. They did not lie!! The burger was honestly one of the best I've had. Three different meats used, double Paddy's - sooo good!! The French fries had a sweet-salty seasoning?? Who knew! I was so full, we got the donuts to go. (Yummy cake donuts) !! Almost forget to mention they have a full bar! If your driving by a Rosie's stop!! get the $5.00 burger and fries!!

Food is great! The games are fun. There are low betting amounts available for those that don't feel comfortable risking a high wage. Staff is friendly and of course rewards are a plus. Rewards consist of gifts or free play.

In fairness to Rosie's, we are not gamblers. We went only because it was "date night" and it seemed like a fun way to end the evening. I guess it's a "gaming emporium" and not a "casino" becaYTHERE ARE ONLY slot machines there. I think there might have been some horse betting over in the corner but I'm not sure. Again, not being in the know about slot machines (and except for one bay that were nickel slots) all the machines are penny slots. That's cool! I put in $5, hit the lowest bet possible (which I think was 20 cents) and won 75! After about 10 min, I was up $14. I cashed out! To me, I won big! My husband bet $20, and lost all 20. Based on our experience, bet less and win more is the way to go. 20 minutes later we left. It just wasn't my scene. Maybe if I knew HOW to bet and what all the lights and images meant, I would enjoy it more.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Missing Funds and Poor Customer ServiceDear ManagerI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of a situation that occurred on Monday, February 17th, 2025, during my visit to Rosie. As a Black Card holder, I have always enjoyed playing and spending time at your casino, but recent events have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I received.On February 17th, I was playing with my Valentine's Day play bonus, and I received a $500.00 free play. As is customary, free play cannot be cashed out, and I was aware of this policy. However, when I left the machine, my free play printed out, and another person who came behind me took it. After I reported the incident to the manager, she contacted security, who quickly located the individual and escorted them out of the casino. I was told I would receive a call from the promotions manager, as they could not reinstate the $220.00 that was taken.Unfortunately, despite being assured I would be contacted, I never received any follow-up. I returned to the casino on Thursday, February 20th, to seek clarification and was greeted by a manager (a short Caucasian male) who confirmed he was aware of the situation and even pulled up an email regarding the issue. However, when I was directed to security, I was told that they were unable to add the money back to my card, and the manager informed me that once the person who took the funds pays the money back, I would be refunded.This situation has left me feeling unheard and frustrated. It appears there is no clear procedure for handling such incidents, with each department shifting the responsibility to another. The lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I have spent at your casino over time.To date, I have not received any of the funds I am owed, and I feel this situation has been mishandled at every level. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure that I am refunded the $220.00 as promised. Additionally, I hope that steps are taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue. Most of the people complaint that it is to cold in the smoking section. It doesn't have to be that cold to remove smoke. What is your exhaust system for. People shouldn't have to freeze and spend their money. The machine l like to play is ony in the smoking section.

I really enjoy playing at Rosie's and meeting new friends and watching other people win as well as myself,we all root for each other to win but you have to find a game that you love to play, the music is nice the food is delicious and the gifts are awesome and the winnings are exciting and the free play every week is what makes you want to come back and play even more , I can't wait for the day to come when I hit the BIG JACKPOT !!!! So come out and enjoy the fun!!! First timers play free, the people are very nice cashiers, hostess, cleaning chew ,bar tenders and can't leave out the security.Keep up the good work Rosie's

Hit a bonus it was supposed to be 3 times didn't get the bonus I will find somewhere else to go they took my number and didnt call also scammed me out of the bonus money. almost impossible to win there. not a real casino no cards or tables. but the food is ok and a few nice people work there Just poor management.

l have been a long-time Blackcard member. I went yesterday at about noon and met up with a few friends I have made (we play the same machine every time). I did Max bet all day on the two machines and won a few jackpots. At about 8 p.m., an announcement was made that the venue was at capacity, and patrons could play only one machine at a time. However, my friends and I noted that there were plenty of machines available to include the higher roller and smoking area. There was a woman who had been watching me for a while. She asked if I was playing both machines, to which I responded yes. Please remember that by this time, playing Max, I had put thousands of dollars in each machine and there were a lot of empty machines. An employee came over and told me I could not continue to play both machines even though there were many empty machines available. I know the woman just wanted to play this particular game. I was very upset and I felt it was unfair to ask me to give up one of the machines just so she could play when there were numerous machines available. I did talk to the "manager" on duty, who said max capacity is a judgment call even though while speaking with her I pointed out numerous machines that were not being played.
