Your basic Italian Restaurant. The service is amazing, they stay on top of everything. The food is great, never anything lacking. It's our hometown go to for Italian.

We went on an evening when they appeared to be unusually busy, but we still received great service, and the food was great, too. They have a good variety of food, something to please everyone. My husband had the delicious Roma Steak Special (found under Subs and wraps), and I had a Stromboli. We also had an appetizer of fried zucchini that was amazing. The zucchini was crisp and not soggy. We were stuffed at the end of our meal, and then we found the Gelati Celesti case up front. Since we just moved to Aylett from Mechanicsville, it's a comfort to know we can go for a scoop of one of our favorite local treats without needing to drive "in town. "

Wrong pizza order and it was soggy with no resolution other than the waitress saying "are you sure it's wrong" uhm yes I am. Never again

This was a first time I've visited this restaurant, the ambiance was casual and average noise level. The food was ok but not enough for a full review, will return later to give a full review.

Went in for pizza, ended up ordering a salad and club sandwich as well. They had the good expensive/slightly greasy cheese on the pizza that is best. But the price wasn't jacked up because of it. The salad wasn't just iceberg lettuce and the ranch dressing tasted food. My husband sounded like he was making love to his club sandwich. Only issue was I think the pizzas was a little under cooked for my taste, but I like my really toasty.Quick service. It was very clean, nice, cool and nicely spaced out. All the workers had masked on. Cleanest bathrooms I have seen in ages, it even smells great. If we pass by here again, we will stop back in.

I special ordered something I've ordered off the 'special of the day menu'. No one seemed to remember the dish, but they said they'd try to make it. It wasn't even close (which was definitely more because of my description than their ability to cook it). My husband ordered the same and inhaled it--I couldn't. The manager insisted she would make it right and cooked up a new pasta (much to my embarrassment). Heaven. Roma already had us as customers for life (best restaurant anywhere) but we'll be back again and again. Their pizza got us through COVID and it's the cleanest, most well run, and friendliest staff ever. Run don't walk to Roma's

Server gave me too much ice. Food is good. Great pizza. Pasta good. Bread is superb. Area very clean. Server made me cry

I normally love Romas but after this I will no longer be eating here. Ordered my food to go and when I got it home this was my roll.....

The food is decent for KW.. but I ordered take out for several items including two steak and cheese subs which I added onion strings for a dollar extra on both.. only to get home and see just a massive amount of raw onion on both subs- no condiments either. Maybe I'm wrong, but everywhere else I've been "onion strings" means fried onions? I don't know why you'd be charged extra for raw onion if that's the case considering sautéed onions originally come on it. I will add my 3 year old loves their chicken tenders and the wings are good.

Very disappointed today. I was told on the phone that they had a pizza promotion on Tuesday. They failed to tell me that it didn't start until 3:00 pm. I ordered anyway with a not so friendly server. I specifically asked that they put enough topping to cover the whole pizza. So, $37 and change later, I get home to find both pizzas barely had enough toppings. Not worth the money at all. I could have bought 4 pizzas at Domino's for what I paid.
