RoJo Coffee

We were in Chesapeake this morning and my husband suggested I should find a coffee shop. I had seen Rojo Coffee on Yelp before so when it popped up that it was close by, I chose for us to check it out. Walking in we were met with a friendly staff and a very cute ambiance. I ordered the Lola (white mocha with cinnamon) and my husband got the moose (honey roasted peanut) I wasn't initially planning on getting food but their menu looked good so I chose to order the breakfast burrito and my husband got the breakfast tacos. Our coffee came out in cute cups (which I love) and shortly after we got our food. My coffee was perfectly balanced between the sweetness of the mocha and the warmness of the cinnamon. The burrito was delicious! I loved that the tortilla was crisp on the outside. Super flavorful filling with the salsa. My husband enjoyed his tacos as well (I didn't try them but the presentation was beautiful) Overall we had a great experience. We don't find ourselves in this area often but when we do, I'd definitely come back.

Loved the welcoming and warm ambiance this cafe offered! I ordered the Sugar Cookie Latte with Oatmilk and the Pear Gorgonzola Toast which was the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The latte was recommended as a crowd favorite and I understand why! The drink featured subtle notes of sweetness yet still provided the strong coffee flavor I strive for in drinks.

Love what they did to the menu and the place! Small quant place with a great menu and good selection of coffees! Love the buzz and the service!I sat at the bar and got to watch Sydney cook my delicious tacos and hashbrowns. She actually asked for feedback because she was in training and wanted to make sure she was on track. Which I thought was pretty awesome! Nothing but great feedback. The tacos are great with eggs, sausage, pickled onions, salsa and a fresh jalapeno slice. The combo is great and it's not too spicy. I really liked the crispy shredded hashbrowns. I got the 2 tacos and the hashbrowns and I was able to gobble it all up without feeling too full. Got to meet the manager and she was great! Everyone that works there makes you feel right at home. If you haven't popped in yet! You're missing out! I'll be back with the family!

I called to see if I could put in an order to be picked up. It was actually 10 minutes before opening for the day so I was thankful they even picked up the phone. I ordered their Moose latte and an avocado toast with tomato.The whole team was there, the husband wife owner team and the general manager. They all were very friendly. The latte was a combination of peanut butter, double espresso, toasted marshmallow, honey, and almond milk. This was delish! The avocado toast was yummy. I would have like a dizzle of either a balsamic glaze or aioli of sort. I can't wait to come back and try other items on their menu.

AMAZING!!! My sister and I got the matcha lattes with oat milk (not sweet) and split the breakfast burrito with everything added, and the horchata French toast. Everything came out quick and was delicious! Definitely recommend. We sat outside on a picnic tabled shaded under the trees and it was delightful. The employees were so kind and had a great energy. The price is worth the quality of the food and service.

Great food and coffee. Nice people too. Cute spot! I would stop here everytime. Watch out for potholes haha

This is my first time eating here with the new owners. My husband went to pick up breakfast. They took forever. But he loved his breakfast burrito! I had the horchata French toasts. They were good but they didn't taste like horchata at all. There was no fruit on top either. These french toasts were my fav before. I have to say that the biggest let down was the lavender lemonade! The previous owners would only use freshly squeezed juice. It was delicious! The new lavender lemonade tastes like grape soda and not in a good way.

This place makes me so happy! Lol Hands-down one of my fave breakfast/lunch spots in the 757. Super cute vibes, great staff, and amazing food! I frequent this spot often and typically order the breakfast tacos or the breakfast plate.For lunch, I reaaaally like their turkey apple bacon sandwich, but I replace honey mustard with their basil aioli.

The Moose is the absolute best. The food here is amazing!!!! The French toast mmmmThe yogurt and granola mmmm heck everything is good!!!
