Horrible. Insect infestation. Used toothbrushes and razors in medicine cabinet. Blinds broken and hanging off the door. Air conditioning horrible.

Pros...inexpensive, clean, friendly staff, good ac...don't know about heat it was summerCons...dated rooms, sparce furnishings, no phone in room.The room is definetly dated but...the bathroom was SPOTLESS, has a full size tub with plenty of hot water...the beds were comfey and the pillows large plump and soft...Only two chairs one old overstuffed rocker one straight back wooden "kitchen table" type chair. Small t.v. but full complement of cable channels.While old, the room was well maintained. I had no issue walking around barefoot. Kids would be bored silly but if your simply looking for a inexpensive clean place to crash...this is it. I'd certainly stay here again.
