15 MINUTES TO A BETTER DEAL
My battery died and they replaced it and ran diagnostics to make sure there wasn't anything else going on.
My 17 little red corvette.
Comfortable waiting are for customers while their vehicle is being serviced.
No Cruze's whatsoever for under $20k, huh?
Beautiful, NEW Chevy Colorado!
Nothing, huh?
None at all?
Waiting room at service department... a few non-mask wearers and one improper wearing. Social distancing is so-so.
I only bring my baby here for service.
Quoted a price then told it wasn't possible

Sales tactics are downright duplicitous. You the customer sees a price on line. You are happy with the price. You attempt to pay the price. The price is inflated because the vehicle has premium this that and the next. Right, that is the reason I wanted to buy the vehicle. Oh, and you have to pay extra for the LoJack that is already installed on the vehicle. Then come the aggressive veiled threats... we can just start pulling things off the vehicle to get it at your price. Umm no I wanted the vehicle as it was advertised at the price it was advertised plus the necessary taxes and fees. IMPOSSIBLE. The manager also stated that they lose cars all the time because people don't make their payments. Joke is on them because I had the full payment in my purse in order to make the deal happen. Why would anyone imply to a customer's face that they assumed they could not afford the payments on a vehicle? This is the second Rick Hendrick experience and both were the same. If only I could give zero stars especially for the aggressive/defensive behavior I would. It's a shame that the bait and switch they do is not illegal. Rick Hendrick is clearly a man that you can't trust with your business.

DON'T GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED FROM THEM. A RIP OFF!!!!I am extremely frustrated at a phone call received by Frank. I thought I was doing the right thing by going to my dealer to get my husband truck repaired. My husband died in February and I inherited his truck. So I spoke with Frank's a month again telling him I would like to bring my husband truck to get inspection and oil change and it might need a turn-up but I didn't know. I left the truck and told them I will return next week to pick my truck up. Well I get a call from frank and he told me my oil change, turn up and inspection will be $1300:00. But I needed something else with the tire. That will be $1900.00. I am so confused! Is this a prank! Or is it because I lost my husband and they are trying to get over on me. It's no way that truck cost $1300.00 for a oil change and a turn-up and inspection. What my inspector was $300 and my oil change was $500 and turn up was $500? I will continue to write reviews on how bad they rip people off, especially women that don't know anything about vehicles. Now the repair is already made and I have to pay $1300. Don't worry this is not over. I promise you. You don't have to worry about none of my cars. I'm extremely mad. One lost customer!! Not the end of this!!

DO NOT get your car serviced here. The only reason I have had to come here is because my "free" maintenance plan oil changes have to be done here. Expect a 2-hour wait WITH an appointment and don't bother trying walk-in service. They will try upselling other services regardless of the condition of the vehicle or mileage. Go somewhere else to service your vehicle if you have a choice

Read before going to this dealership by yourself or with low car purchasing experience. As a local business owner with customers always asking for local recommendations on real estate agents, dealerships, and restaurants. I had to remove one of 3 local car dealerships I recommend due to their sales tactics they pulled on one of my guest. So i went ahead and looked for another "reputable" car dealership in the area. Here i come with Rick Hendrick...I really did enjoy the attentiveness they provided when you first walk-in. I can say i was pleased with their greetings. The sales person was an outstanding person and more than anything he was professional. He wasnt trying persuade you into other cars that were higher on the budget. Now this is the most important part! Which is management and they are corrupt in a twist way and the reason why i will be adding this to the blacklist and inform MWR of this situation so they can inform our Sailors to not go here and get upcharged. The sales person and I agreed on a price. Which was $12,850 with all fees applied. I request to get the LoJack removed and then they dropped the LoJack cost to $405 and said they will do half price on it. I still declined the LoJack. So we were firm now on the price of $12,850.They decided to play the waiting game, and i even informed my relative. They were making us wait so we become impatient and just sign away with what they say. And also they would raise up the price again. And comes to find out, i was right all along. So after waiting 1:30hour we finally go sit down with the financial manager and this is were it gets fun.I already knew what they did and planned to do and i wanted to see how far they would play this trick. When we sat down to start signing i noticed they added more charges on top and changed the car price. Which i mentioned but the financial manager just brushed it off and then focused on the electronic insurance and hard focused to make sure we got it because we need it. Tried multiple times to tell him we dont need and he insisted we needed it. Spathetic to even twist a clients arm and push for something they dont want. I even told him i dont want it 4x times. Extremely unprofessional.I then asked what is this $405 maintenance fee? And he says is for the car warranty to get service here. Which is funny because that same number was the price of the LoJack they tried to sell me. And when i talked with my sales person we agreed on $12,850 out the door all fees included and now im signing a contract thats about $14,700 or so. Because the financial manager is greedy and wants to take home a nice pay check so he can go to "Miami"I personally dont care for the $$$ i got con out of. But I do want to warn the citizens of Hampton Roads to avoid coming to Rick Hendrick if they are new to the area or first time buyers. Their financial manager will make sure to up-charge you and will twist your arm to agree to it.This dealership is going to the blacklist.

This is definitely one of the best dealerships in the area. They always make my visit here pleasant. The service department is clean, very knowledgeable mechanics and staff. They do go the extra mile to help.Highly recommend if you need a car or of you need your car serviced.

In keeping with my personal Yelp ranking preference, 4-stars only for a first time visit and first time dealing with this particular business. Never have reviewed a car dealership before. Anyway, picked up a car from Walter earlier this week. Was a quick process, Walt was friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean business (in and out). If in the market for a car, try this place.

From the time that I've purchased my vehicle to the servicing and part orders, Rick Hendrick has been nothing but great to me. I love the fact that the service department respects your time and will get you in and out depending on the service.

Quite possibly the worst (attempted) car buying experience of my 50+ years. There was a 5 minute speech from a sales manager before I could even talk with the salesperson I was meeting - just wasting my time. Then I was repeatedly told to go sit inside 'in the office' which was a round table in the lobby next to other round tables in the lobby - while they brought the vehicle I wanted to see to the front parking lot. I wasted so much of my day there with their pitches and making me wait to view one vehicle. I later found out it's because you can't just walk around the lot and look at vehicles because most listed on their website are not there! The vehicle I was there to see was not even in Virginia. It was in South Carolina. Ugh...just a handbook experience of what a car buying experience should not be. I went across the street to Checkered Flag and was test driving a vehicle within 11 minute of walking on their lot and driving away with the newly purchased vehicle in 76 minutes! Hendrick's needs to spy on Checkered Flag to steal their business model so other potential shoppers don't suffer.

One of the worst experiences ever. Took the truck in for an oil change and also paid the mechanic to look it over since it needed an inspection before deployment. Was told that there wasn't anything to worry about. Took it in pretty soon after that appointment to get inspected. Told us it would be about an hour wait and ended up being over 3 hours for them to just come out and say that there was over 5k in repairs needed. Told them that at the previous appointment how I was told there was nothing to worry about. They had nothing to say. Told them that we were absolutely not getting maintenance done there ever again. The woman came back and said that they "quoted a couple of things that didn't necessarily need to be done" wow. She pretty much admitted that they are scammers. Will never return.

I wouldn't do business with them. I purchased a used car for my daughter that appeared to be in great condition. Upon further review, the car had bad rust issues in the undercarriage that was painted to conceal the extent of the rust. The dealer wasn't great about working with a price. I feel like I was ripped off.
