Rich Port Coffee

I am going to San Francisco for a work conference and to visit friends afterwards. I had gotten most of my gifts at VA Goods in Selden Market, but I was looking for one last thing to wrap up my gift giving! I decided to take a trip to the retail location of Rich Port Coffee down the street from Selden Market. The retail location is located on the corner of the ground floor of the office building at the corner of West Main Street and Boush Street. It offers all the wonderful coffee drinks, cold bevs, baked goods and some merch like popcorn from Puerto Rico and hand painted coffee percolators. Rich Port Coffee started out as a wholesale roaster in Selden Market (where the roastery remains) and then they opened the retail location last year. - Parking - There is metered parking on the street and various parking garages nearby. Don't quote me on this, but there may be free parking spaces in front of Boush Street. - What I got - I was looking for a bag of their roasted coffee and at the time of my visit, there were 1lb bags of roasted whole bean coffee from El Salvador, Colombia, adn Puerto Rico. Since the owners are from PR (hence the name, Puerto Rico = Rich Port), I decided to get a bag of the PR beans, because that is not a country you see very often. They are in different colored bags and have cute little flag dots to identify the coffee. Since it was whole bean, and not everyone has a coffee grinder, Mia, the owner, offered to grind it for me. This was super nice and convenient, as they have a way better grinder than I do! The bag cost be about $20, but at the time of this writing, they are running a special, that if you buy a 1lb bag of coffee beans, you get a free 12oz drink. Since it was 88F today, I opted for an iced mocha and it was just the afternoon pick-me-up that I needed!Rich Port Coffee is a little hidden, but conveniently located at the corner by Todd Jurich Bistro and the Nauticus! Stop on by as they have awesome drinks, goodies from small local businesses like Smores Amore and others.Enjoy, Friends, and never stop exploring!

DELICIOUS AND SWEET! Customer service here was so wonderful and it was paired with delicious snacks. The strawberries were fresh and wonderful. The meat and cheese tray was very good. My coffee was wonderful. Being gluten free can be a challenge, but here I was able to get great snacks and a wonderful coffee. Will definitely come back!!

I love this spot! The barista is always so kind and helpful, and they are so conveniently located just across from Nauticus, so now it's my go-to when we visit the museum. I have enjoyed a couple different lattes from here so far, and they also have a good selection of baked items. They have to-go options as well as some that can be warmed and eaten here. It's interesting how it's really a cafe inside a business building, but is a great getaway off the street to come in and grab some coffee to go. Places like this are always a good find!

Hot Cocoa War Review!! They had a cute cart all decorated and set up in the Selden Market Place Mall !! The cart had some cute holiday items to buy! The woman at the cart was very pleasant! The hot chocolate was tres Leche personally not a fan of Tres Leche , but still had to try it! I like the little add on of a piece of tres leche the hot chocolate was good! Congratulations they won the 2023 Hot Cocoa Wars!!

Nice little mid day coffee stop located inside truist bank building. The latte was nice, not overly sweet, but I do wish I tasted a little more of the espresso. Brought the ground coffee to my job and it was definitely a hit with my co-workers. Definitely will be back

You know this is a good coffee shop when I venture out during a storm to get some of their coffee. Family owned business that I love to support. My cafe latte was delicious but the five star service won me over right from the start. You feel like a true professional is crafting your drink and is truly interested in you enjoying every drop! I went back to my office and shared their menu with everyone because a family owned business like this deserves all our support.

Honestly the best coffee in Downtown Norfolk. You can tell they put in the work and care a lot for their products, not only that but the Puertorrican coffee and treatment is AMAZING And the owners are amazing as well. I go as much as I can.

Stop into this quaint little coffee spot on the recommendation of a fellow Yelp Elite (Thanks @Ray Navarro) the place was amazing very small very personable the $7.57 deal was amazing. The muffin is very tasty. I had a seesaw caramel latte did not go wrong tasty to the last drop. I would definitely recommend this place if you're ever in the area swing by their store is amazing.

This place is practically a hidden gem It's tucked away from the busy streets of downtown they have some of the best treats and coffee I've had the staff are just wonderful and so pleasant I love the location and all the seating available in the lobby I highly recommend the muffins they are mouthwatering and so scrumptious

Love that this cafe not only has great tasting coffee but also is served with great service, enthusiastic and friendly greetings. Came back here for second time and will not be the last. This coffee shop is in a corner of an office lobby, conveniently located on Main Street in Norfolk across from Nauticus. They carry local business' goodies for everyone to enjoy with their coffee: Suggest latte with dulce de leche and a bacon quiche! Divine!
