Recharge Travel

If I could give Gretchan Winterstein from Recharge travel a ten-star review, I would. I found her by googling. Her website is very professional. Gretchan worked with us for months planning flights, seats, hotels, location, tours, eurostar train tickets. Our trip was US to Germany to London and home. Gretchen made us an itinerary printed everything had it all in order with the exact airline seats, class of tickets/seats and followed any airline changes. She collected all the tickets for tours and any tickets we needed printed them and mailed them in a packet to us. She followed our trip via email to make sure we had everything, and things were going as planned. She made sure we had travel insurance and a checklist of everything we needed to take care of for international travel. She is very well educated and prepared. She truly cared that our trip was exactly as we imagined and dreamed of. I would recommend her to, not just anyone, but everyone! I am not a friend or family member. This review is from a real customer. I have already begun to plan a cruise for next year with her.

Gretchen put together a marvelous customized trip for me to Australia last year. Since I'd never been, I thought it was wise to engage professional assistance with the planning air & ground travel, lodging, & activities, as well as selecting appropriate insurances. She worked closely with me to find activities that were both interesting & fun, while staying within my budget. I think most agents would have encouraged me to take a cruise but I much prefer to spend my time experiencing the culture & the people, doing walking tours, kayaking, & spending time exploring. Gretchen really listened & built an amazing trip!!Although it's taken me quite a while to write this review, I think she deserves the highest recommendation for her tireless efforts to provide a smooth travel experience. She was happy to answer any questions & even provided me a detailed printed & electronic itinerary. Since I was traveling alone, I relied completely upon her expertise. I highly recommend her services!!

Gretchen is AMAZING! She planned a magical trip for my family to Disney World in January. She helped me pick some amazing restaurants and activities for us that worked well with my kids ages and fit their personalities. This was our first Disney World trip and I was overwhelmed with getting all the rides in without making it a super stressful trip and there are so many blogs out there that just overwhelmed me more. She helped me focus in on our goals and what we want out of the trip and gave us the best tips and tricks and the trip overall was PERFECT! Already looking forward to the next trip I can get her to plan!

Gretchen is wonderful! She has helped us book a Disney trip w/ family, a couples trip to Hawaii, and a family getaway to Mexico. She is detail-oriented, stayed within our budget, was able to provide insight into local hot-spots and fun activities to enjoy. Gretchen has booked our last three Disney trips and every detail has been perfect. We have been to Disney many times before but she added new insights and planning tips that were great. She is super responsive and super nice to work with! She recently helped with some aspects of our trip to Europe and was very knowledgeable and again was super responsive!
