RB Comprehensive Dentistry and Orthodontics

Best dentist office I've been to! Like the majority of people, I dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Boylan and his staff really know how to ease that anxiety. I was super nervous to have my front tooth fixed but I am so glad I finally did because Dr. Boylan did an amazing job on my veneers! He has the most advanced/modern technology & has never had to refer me elsewhere. Every time someone compliments my smile I can't help but tell them I have RB Comprehensive Dentistry to thank :) I highly recommend Dr. Boylan. & to my understanding he has multiple locations which is even more convenient!

I have been waiting since December 2024 for them to get the insurance filed so I could get my Bridge redone. I keep hearing it's the insurances fault but I checked they haven't sent in what the insurance needs to complete it. They were excited when I said I would do the higher priced procedure but when I saw the price of 27,000 from my pocket I could not afford it. So now I am going to assume I am not important anymore!!! I was told their insurance person was the best. Well I guess that is not true. She keeps sending me text saying I had to call my insurance and twice I have and both times they tell me and I can't see on line she has not sent it. I asked if she could call and actually talk to them to get it straightened out but I guess that's too much to ask. I do not recommend them. I did like the dentist Ryan and was super excited to get it done. But here I am frustrated still trying to find another dentist.

The front desk staff is warm and welcoming but the dentist is creepy, inappropriate, and unprofessional.

I gave this dentistry a one only to provide consumer heads up.... They advertise for a free consultation however, when representatives call you back, they want to know your credit score and they want you to fill out financials prior to the consultation... their business is misleading!!!! a consultation is when you discuss what the financials are going to be according to what you need done... WTH!!!? My time is as precious as your time for you to mislead consumers is really unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable!! Fix your ad to read free consultation after financials have been provided.... What if the patient got into your office and didn't like your staff or the provider for that matter? The consumer then has their personal financial information in the hands of someone that should not have it... !not a great way to start a relationship! It's apparent the relationship that you're forming with your patient is based on $$$ and that's not a relationship most consumers are looking for when looking for a reputable, caring, and ethical dental surgeon... consumer beware!

Dr Boylan is great! He helped me feel relaxed and comfortable when I was freaking out!
