Five of us attended a June Jubilee at this location today. Parking was easy in a field... then you had tractors pulling large wooden seated carts to the gate. Tickets were $40 at the gate. This place is amazing! It is a large area with various vendors, food trucks and vendors... along with blacksmithing and glass blowing. There were several wine tents with tastings, beer trucks and live music is two locations. This event was well organized, had a map, and was very well done! My understanding is that there is a fall festival and is on a different part of the property. There was also a steam powered saw mill! It was a very interesting afternoon and definitely a good time!

This beautiful sprawling property hosts a spring jubilee every year! We were given tickets which allowed entrance to the venue and free wine tastings for 10 wineries! The ponds and water bodies are gorgeous! The farm is littered with oldBarns, gazebos, rustic bridges, fishing holes, ferries, cabins and vintage relics of all sorts. It's pretty amazing! We were so glad this was a low key festival; places like Field Day of the Past have gotten way too crowded! There were dozens of vendors displaying their wares and cool things to do! We did a tomahawk toss!! Lots of typical fair food like corn dogs, burgers, fries, kettle corn, ice cream etc. and some unique booths like a crab shack, an oyster tent, and a design your own sandwich shop! We heard several bands, one funky band and an awesome folk/Irish band called PolyCeltic! The wineries were of course the star of the show and we Loved the wine tastings! All in all, I absolutely loved this festival, the grounds, the ferry and the libations! Hic! Now I need a nap!

While this is not a commercial winery, the property is nevertheless gorgeous. This cabin from 1844 graces the property. This area is best known for its annual Spring Jubilee and as an event venue.

Never open And no one ever answers the phone. It's literally a waste of time to drive out there to see that they're closed every single time. At this point I'm just leaving a one star review so that someone sees it because I can't get through on the phone.

Had a lazy Sunday so we checked out this place. Charming! Good wine and a simple charcuterie board. 5 AirBnBs on site and 3 wedding venues. I hear they have several festivals that are super well attended. Wreath making weekends starting November 17 through the first week in December and a fall festival 10/21 and 10/22. Jenny and April were fabulous servers!

My friend & I were looking forward to having a great experience at the Rassawek Fall Festival today & ended up being yelled at OBNOXIOUSLY by a rather large parking attendant. My friend was following the vehicle ahead of us ,slowly & safely, when this person starts waving us over to him. So she follows his hand motions only to be yelled at that he "Wasn't trying to get run over." And "To Pay Attention". We were not near him, just merely following HIS INSTRUCTIONS. We almost turned around & left but decided not to let one person ruin our day. My friend is an Albemarle County School bus driver w/ many years experience. She can follow rules & directions easily. After many years of attending rodeo at Oakland Farm, we've NEVER had this issue. I believe the parking staff NEEDS MORE TRAINING. And NOT YELLING at customers would be a bonus. Otherwise, it was a great RODEO.
