They do a great job getting the chicken out and are friendly.I like the food but the fries are not very good.I would buy a big size Cole Slaw if they sold it.

Yesterday evening, I decided to order here for my evening meal. Going back to when I was a college student in Louisiana, Raising Canes has been a favorite among fast food stops. When they opened up here in the Peninsula a few years ago, you know I was pretty excited. I've ordered from here a few times since and for the most part felt satisfied. Let's see about this visit. After picking up Sophia's dinner from another location, I headed here via drive-thru. The line was a little long (it was a Friday night after all), but did go quick. The staff was on point with ordering and picking up at the window. No matter if it's light or heavy with traffic, they get the job done just right. My meal was the Box combo with Coke Zero for the drink. Even though some of the coating came off the chicken fingers, I was pretty full at the end of the day.Raising Cane's tends to be a favorite of mine and last night continued that streak. You know I'll stop by the next time I'm in the area.

First timer ever to any Cane's and I thought it was pretty dang good! Went through the drive-thru and our order was taken quickly. We got the Canetastic combo which included 6 chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and a drink. It's a good portion for $18 and can serve 2! The chicken tenders were very good and the crinkle cut fries were also delicious. Texas toast was good and the coleslaw average. Found out that the only sauce that they serve beside the cane sauce is honey mustard and ketchup and hot sauce. The honey mustard was very good!!! Will be back for more delicious chicken tenders when the craving hits!

It's been awhile since I've had Canes. The last time was years ago in Richmond. I enjoyed it. The food was delicious. I love the fries, toast, and the canes sauce. To me the chicken is too chewy but my husband and kids love it like that. The staff wasn't friendly in my opinion they were short with words and just seemed to be trying to rush us along. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but nonetheless the drive thru went pretty quickly! I do think the kids "toy" could be a lot better considering that the kids meal is nearly $7. Id definitely come back anytime for their sides!

I was going to give a rating of 3 stars, but other than the food I liked everything. The environs are modern, clean and attractive. The employees were helpful, friendly and polite. The location is good and it looks like drive thru service is brisk. The menu is extremely limited. Chicken fingers, krinkle cut fries, toast. The offerings range from 2 to 6 fingers as a combo meal, 3 fingers on a bun for a sandwich, and larger amounts for groups. There is a sauce that is kind of a cross between thousand island dressing and special sauce from other fast food offerings.I was not impressed with the tenders. They are breaded but not crispy. The fries and toast are unremarkable and unseasoned. The unsweet tea was nicely brewed.I spent about $25 for a sandwich to go, a kids meal and a 3 tender combo. There is nothing sweet on the menu. The offerings didn't impress me enough to make this a regular place. But it certainly seems good for what it is trying to be, a limited menu chicken strips fast food venue.

I ordered the Caniac combo and I took it home only to find out that they did not include my extra bread that I got in place of the coleslaw and they did not even include the coleslaw either. I was also waiting a very long time to get my food. My friend also just ordered the caniac with me too and they messed up her order worse. I am very disappointed.

Good food, good quality, good portions, and competitively priced. I have never had a bad meal here and they are always accurate. That's not something most fast food places can say. I stop in at least once a month. The only things I would change is to have someone staff the dining room during busy times. It's often hard to find a clean table. Sometimes the trash cans are full, and the drink station is messy and out of lids or straws. The other thing is that service is never friendly. No one smiles. No one seems to enjoy their work. I get it. Working fast food is HARD. I've done it. But attitude makes a difference. Management might consider why morale is so low that staff can't smile. Food should be prepared with love. I know that's a big ask in the fast food industry, but hopefully, people can at least LIKE their work environment.I'll continue to go to Raising Cain's because I like the food. I just wish I liked everything else just as much. Dining is a full experience. This place falls a little short.

I consider myself a chicken finger connoisseur, and I had been to one Cane's location before, and I felt mixed about my experience. Well, with a new location opening 5 minutes from my house, I decided to give them another chance. Ultimately, it was more of the same. Let's break it down:Pros: 1. The sauce. It's life, I would do shots of it.2. The Texas toast. Thick and seeded, just a little butter, but not too much where it becomes super heavy.3. The lemonade and iced tea. Super god and refreshing, great quality. I went with an Arnold Palmer, and it's one of the better ones I've had from a restaurant, especially from a fast food joint.4. The staff. Super friendly.Middle of the road:1. The quality of the chicken. The breading is thicker than some of the other ones I've had, but just like on my first visit to the other location, there are too many times where a part of the finger just isn't crispy. the chicken was cooked well, and was still pretty juicy. Good, but could've been better.Cons:1. Cole slaw. Way too creamy, way too heavy.2. The fries. I'm fine with crinkle cut, but these fries are too thin, and worst of all, they're not even seasoned.3. I didn't get a fork with my drive thru order.I like the sauce a lot, but I'm just not sure I would return unless it was for some toast and a drink!

I ordered a caniac combo only for it to come with 4 tenders. If I wanted to only get 4 tenders I would've ordered the box combo instead of paying an extra 4 dollars. The workers in the back making the food were also acting a fool hollering for no apparent reason.
