Went here for the first time with some coworkers to give it a try. To be completely honest, I had never even heard about this place until I saw the CEO on Shark Tank. I was like.. sure .. why not?Honestly, from the surface I couldn't understand what all the hype was. It was just plain ole chicken. But they were so successful I was like.. well why not?I have to admit... that food was pretty darn good. I did the chicken strips and was honestly pretty blown away. Seemed very fresh, great seasoning, and cooked really darn well.I have no idea what they did to their chicken, but yeah.. I get the hype now. I know for sure if I'm by one, I'll definitely stop by. For me, substituting coleslaw for extra toast, grilled to perfection with extra butter on both sides, has become a true personal favorite.The chicken itself is always cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We picked up some Raising Cane's. I was glad to see they are in our area. The service was fine. I ordered the Caniac combo which had 6 tenders, coleslaw, and fries with cane sauce. The meal was filling. The tenders weren't that flavorful without the sauce though. The fries and coleslaw were ok. I did like the garlic toast and coleslaw. At about $17 for the meal I guess I expected more. But it was decent. 3 stars!!

Let's be honest, you can never go wrong with grabbing some Raising Canes, and even if the line is long, it moves along quickly.Now I've never had the chicken sandwiches, but the chicken strips are fire.. They definitely have that true Louisiana fried crushing, texture and juiciness to it. The fries are average, a thin crinkle cut style fry, but the buttered Texas toast is honestly one of my favorite items on the menu, every bite is so delicious and buttery. The coleslaw is pretty good too, do not flake on the coleslaw.

Great customer service and always fresh hot food!! If they had a DRIVE THRU it would be even better!

First time ever being here and I've heard so much about this place, and it lives up to its reputation. The chicken fingers are exquisite. The fries are crispy and salted to a nice taste, and the Texas toast is amazing. I look forward to returning here once again, what a great place to visit highly recommended. very courteous customer service as well as fast speed for food as well.

After a very long drive I needed something quick but filling! This raising canes is located inside of the NEX and it was the longest line compared to the other food chains. I ordered the box combo that came with 4 pieces of chicken tenders, Texas toast, coleslaw, their sauce and a drink. Super great! The chicken was flavorful and hot. The sauce always hits the spot. The coleslaw was pretty good and the toast was fluffy and buttery. Delicious!!! Honestly a great, quick meal especially for the on go!

Raising CanesINTRO: Fried Chicken tender fast food chain.The box combo- Contained four chicken tenders, coleslaw, fries, Texas toast and sauce. Drink was added. Food was good and it was definitely filling for one person. The sauce is perfect for both the tenders and fries.Parking/ location- Parking was easy to find since it was located in a mall.Ambience/service- Slightly on the busier side since it was during lunch time but the food came out hot and fresh. Located in a mall so the atmosphere was very much like a food court in any mall.

first when we got in it was packed which was ok but then when we placed our order this rude lady acted like she couldn't hear us.After that we waited a while for our food, to find out that the same lady got my name wrong it was embarrassing.The food was pretty good with the crispy chicken but the fries were a little bit soggy. It a nice place to go but be prepared for loud noises

Food is delicious!! Customer service was good also. Chicken strips are small compared to what I've had at other places. Price point is high also. Can't eat daily but nice for a treat!!
