I recently tried Raising Cane's for the first time and went with the 3-Strip Combo. It came with three chicken tenders, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and their famous Cane's Sauce. As a big chicken tender fan, I was not disappointed--the tenders were hot, juicy, and perfectly breaded. The Cane's Sauce added a delicious, tangy kick that I couldn't get enough of. So good! The cashier recommended I try an Arnold Palmer (half lemonade, half iced tea), and I'm so glad I did. It was super refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. The restaurant was clean, and the whole team was incredibly friendly, from the greeting at the door to the quick service at the counter.Overall, I had a great experience!

We went here as my daughter never had raising canes and as a true Zaxbys lover she was super excited to try it. We got the tenders and fries and 1 Arnold Palmer and 1 lemonade. The food was good, the service was great and even though the drive through line looked intimidating it was very smooth and quick. My only dislike was the lemonade, it was not good at all. That was my first time having it so maybe it was a bad batch? I will try it again because I love lemonade. But the tenders, fries, toast, and sauce was really good and fresh.

I tried Raising Cane's for the first time. Not being familiar with the restaurant I chose to order my food inside the restaurant instead of online or through the drive through. I studied the overhead menu board then ordered The Caniac Combo which consists of six chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, a large fountain drink and sauce. The restaurant was pretty busy at the time but the short line moved pretty swiftly and I received my order in just a few minutes. Service was friendly and efficient and my order was accurate. I ordered togo so I appreciated them giving me my soda while I waited for the rest of my order. They informed me I could get free refills on the soda. Upon receiving my food I rushed home and prepared to see if my Raising Cane's experience would live up to the hype.I found the found to be okay but nothing special. The chicken fingers were delicious but no better than similar products from competing restaurants. They had a slight crisp to them. I really enjoyed the Cane's Sauce, it was the perfect compliment to the chicken. The fries were good in an average way. I enjoyed the Texas Toast though it doesn't travel well so after the ten minute ride home it was pretty soggy. The coleslaw was okay but would have been much better if it hadn't been in the same container with all the hot food. I enjoyed my meal but was disappointed in the limited menu options. You have to pay for the chicken fingers by the piece or get them in a combo meal that includes fries, coleslaw, toast and a soda I would prefer to see combos that only include chicken fingers and a side for less money (with tax my combo was well over $18) as I generally do not buy drinks. Overall, I would rate by experience at 3.5 stars rounding down for lack of perceived value.

I am so happy they put a Raising Cane's in Chesapeake. I went for opening day. I stood outside from 7:45 AM and I had a great time. I danced, sang, and even got a feee tshirt. I love Canes (as a ODU grad) and now there's one even closer to me! The service was great, as always.

Raising Canes was super busy today. I went in for lunch, my first impression of the restaurant was like man that music is blasting extremely loud. I know I'm getting older but sheesh idk what affects my tinnitus more the music or my work place. All jokes aside I had a good experience at Raising Canes, the cashiers are friendly and polite. Workers are always walking around, cleaning the area and refilling the sweet tea. I had already tried Raising Canes in Texas and personally I'm not a fan but my co worker loved the chicken tenders and sauce!

So happy to have a Raising Cane's in Chesapeake! Came here for grand opening and it took us half an hour via drive thru, but it was worth the wait. The food tastes the same as the Cane's brand I love :) No complaints here. Make sure to get a Caniac Club Card and register for a rewards account. You get a free box combo reward 48 hrs after registering and validating your email address!

I came to get a rewards card that is about it but I did order just a 3 piece tenders only and a drink. There was no long line when I went in quick ordering and waited no less than 3 minutes for the bag. It was very busy, but it was fast and quick. I just didn't get ask for any sauce and I didn't think to check for sauces. The service was quite nice and helpful. It was nice and clean and spacious inside I like it. Will come back next time to try the cane sauce and toast for the combo box.

Decided to go thru the drive-thru for a snack for my husband and myself. The gentleman working the drive thru was very nice. My food came out quickly. I really enjoyed the garlic bread. The touch of salt added a nice flavor. I don't usually get sweet tea but decided to give it a try. It was really tasty, not too sweet at all. The chicken was crispy and hot but didn't really have any flavor. My husband agreed. But, their sauce took it up a notch. The fries were tasty, too. I'd definitely give them a try again, but maybe ask for hot sauce or buffalo sauce for the tenders. Check them out!

I stopped by here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. There was a long line out the door to order but it moved quickly. This is the first time I've been inside of a Raising Cane's and it was definitely busy. The music was loud, the staff were yelling out orders and there were disco balls! It was a little overstimulating. Once I reached the front of the line the cashier seemed to be in a rush to get my order put in and came off as annoyed. This location is fairly new so maybe they'll need some time to get used to the rush. The food took less than 5 minutes and I sat outside to eat. Everything was fresh and good quality. It reminded me of a slightly upgraded Zaxby's. I'd come again when in the neighborhood.

Of course this location was super busy when they opened last week, and my colleague and I are here today. I will say that is quite busy today-currently. I love the disco balls hanging from the ceiling which creates some kind of fun atmosphere. But the food...the FOOD is worth it! Juicy tenders that are lightly fried and the fresh Texas toast is a good combination. The Cane's sauce is good, however I don't really eat mayo so I didn't finish it. The drive-thru looked to move very swiftly, and I would say a new spot for me is here! LOL
