Beautiful cafe serving up Filipino America style drinks and baked goods.Pan de Sal egg and cheese, and a hot buko latte with coconut milk on the sideThe vibes were immaculate with the event they held this Monday morning inviting all the Lolos and Lola's (grandparents) fireside chat.

Project Seed is on point with flavors, customer service, community involvement, you name it!What started off as a pop up and small business market vendor has transformed into a beautiful coffee shop in a Virginia Beach historic building. Erene is warm and welcoming, she is very informative, and I've enjoyed every single item I've tried on her menu. She supports other small businesses by collaborating with them with pop-ups! I've seen pop-ups from Panadera, Kalipay, Mojofotoco, Kislap Jewelry, UbeMochi, JackEats, just to name a few! My favorites in the cold brew flavors are the pandan milk tea and gulaman. You can't go wrong with anything Ube, and catch a fresh delivery from B4KE! Their longganisa cheddar biscuits are the BEST. Put Project Seed in your local coffee shop rotation, you won't regret it

This is place is feally passionate about the filipino heritage and especially coffee. I am Filipino and a transplant from California ( I am used to having a lot of good local roasters ), the owner ensures the coffee beans are fresh, they are sourced from local roaster who respects the process of coffee roasting, they serve quality coffee and a little flair of Filipino flavors that we are used to from home, bit does not take away from the flavor notes of the coffee beans. This place is worth coming back to. this a little gem in a place where everyone is used to chain restaurants and low quality coffee. Support this local business! GREAT COFFEE!!!

Always have great service, the staff are very helpful when it comes to trying their new seasonal drinks. Which I've been meaning to try their new miso caramel. My go to will always be their salted egg yolk, but I am guilty of asking for some salted caramel added to it as I'm a caramel fend. I 100% think anyone should give them a try and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Strong Coffee, Amazing Flavors & Top-Tier Service!Project Seed Coffee is easily one of my favorite spots! Their ube iced coffee is my go-to--strong, smooth, and perfectly balanced without being too sweet. I've also tried their other flavors, and every drink has been crafted with quality and care.Beyond the coffee, their Filipino pastries are fresh and delicious, making the perfect pairing for any drink. But what truly sets this place apart is the customer service--the staff is always so welcoming and sweet, making every visit feel like a treat. The ambience is calm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. If you're a coffee lover looking for bold flavors and a cozy spot, this is the place to be!

This was a small cafe with some nice decorations inside. The staff were friendly and explaining what was on the menu. I got the Ube Velvet Latte($7) with Pandan Foam(+$1). The drink was made in about 4 minutes and it was absolutely amazing! I loved the Ube flavor with the coffee as it was the perfect amount of sweetness to the drink. The pandan foam was easily the best part of the drink, not only was the color visually cool, but the flavor of the coconut and vanilla was just spot on! Probably one of the best flavored iced lattes I ever had. Overall an amazing little cafe with super amazing drinks, I will definitely come back when I'm in the area!Drink(50%): 9.4Staff/service(25%): 8.5Value(25%): 7.0Overall: 8.6/10

Service was quick and staff was friendly. Good amount of seating. This spot really embraces their Filipino culture with artwork, merch, and special flavors like ube and pandan. We stopped by after the Thanksgiving holiday and they also had fall flavors like peppermint mocha and the popular PSL, praline pecan etc. We ordered a peppermint mocha with oatmilk: Rating 6/10, not sure if was the oatmilk masking the flavors but we couldn't taste the peppermint. Iced Lavender honey latte: I have no qualms with it. Lavender was perfectly subtle and not over powering.

I used to follow the owner to farmers markets whenever she was at one, so it's pretty nice that she has a shop now! The salted egg yolk custard will forever be my favorite. I tried the miso caramel but I personally didn't like it. (Doesn't mean you won't) The barista was very kind and asked me if I wanted something else, but I didn't take her offer because it was nothing they did wrong at all, just a personal preference :). The ube Spanish bread was DELICIOUS as well. Got some cute plants too which was really nice to do at a coffee shop. Can't wait to come back!
