This is now called Viva Pizza so the review is for that versus the former name of Primo.We came here for a work party on a Thursday evening and had the room/space on the right side of the restaurant that has a long bar. The space was great and our bartender Lauren was super. The food for our event was set up buffet style on the bar counter. Everyone seemed happy and enjoyed the food. We had bruschetta as a starter, caesar salad, a few varieties of pizzas, penne pasta (vodka sauce), lasagna, and cheesecake. All the food tasted fresh, hot and was plentiful.

Hate to say it but it's gone downhill since new ownership. Shoutout to Lauren! She has always taken care of us and will take care of you. A lot has changed, we used to crave the Caesar salad but it's just not the same. Unfortunate.

We love primo pizza! We've never dined in so we can't speak to the service. We normally get the supreme or meat lovers pizza. I wasn't feeling very meaty tonight so I got the margherita and the bf got the stuffed. He said his was good but he wouldn't get it again because it was so greasy. I LOVED the margherita. It's seriously my new favorite pizza. I always love how the pizza crust is thin, but not hard. It's nice and soft. We've always had great experiences here and love ordering for pickup.

I love this place! We always come here for family birthdays and it's even better since the new ownership. Clean dining area, kind and friendly servers, quick service. Pizzas, garlic knots, and Greek salad is the way to go!! Local favorite. Highly recommend!!

Agree with the other 1star reviews. Ordered eggplant and meatballs subs and there is a very bad aftertaste and weird chemical smell. The sauce is off. The food had always been good, but the counter service was so so. I hate spending money on food when the whole family doesn't enjoy it.

What happened to this restaurant. Had the best pies in the area and our Friday night go to. Last night we tried one more time with a pie. Last month I dined in and ordered sausage with peppers over penne. They forgot to put the penne under the sauce. No penne just sauce was delivered. For the Cheese/sausage pizza it was awful. Cheese wasn't melted. Sauce wasn't good. The pizza was wet and sausage was sliding off. I could have made a better pizza at home. Food not the same as previous management and owners. Have to start going elsewhere for our pies and Italian food.
