Waiter! What's this cut ziti doing in my Wedding Soup? Should be Acini di pepe. Failing that, orzo is acceptable. Cut ziti is not acceptable

My sister and I attended an event at Jolene winery which is right behind the pizza location. We both were very hungry and there isn't much located in the area. We both were going separate ways after so pizza sounded like a good idea. Prima is a smaller pizza joint. No frills or gimmicks what you see is what you get. The staff was very friendly and we were promptly seated. My gluten free pizza came out on an aluminum pan on top of the pizza pan to avoid cross contact. We both enjoyed our pizza, nothing to write home about but it curbed our hunger. Our bill came out to $31 as we both had waters to drink. There were a lot of individuals coming in and out for takeout orders a d they all seemed to be ready in a timely manner.

My gal friends and I visited the winery located behind the shopping strip where this restaurant is. We all ordered together on their website and a couple of us walked over to grab the food. The to-go order wasn't ready when we got there, but was ready shortly after the ready time. The restaurant was pretty busy inside with people coming and going. Lots of orders! It was also hot as blazes in there. Glad we didn't eat in!I ate the grilled chicken salad, which had some of the best house vinaigrette I've ever had! The chicken was a little done, but tasted good and the rest of the salad was nice and fresh! The chicken tenders were surprisingly good! Not the chunky crispy batter I'm used to seeing. I didn't try the fried ravioli or the vegetable pizza, but the rest of my group really enjoyed them. Especially the pizza. The dough was kind of thick and really soft - so if you like the real-life dough, it's here.

This place has the best meat lovers pizza hands down. Service is always great. Seating was quick. Waitress is always quick with the refills. We've been eating here for more than 20 years now.

Prima was just the ticket we were craving! On our way home from Williamsburg, we were all hankering for Italian! We pulled into this little strip mall and we're pleased as punch to find Prima Pizza open and so welcoming! We nestled in our booth and the server was super attentive and accommodating. My brother ordered the spaghetti... you can't get more Italian than that! He said it was so good, and it came with a side salad and a basket of crusty, hot Italian bread! My sis got the Italian sub, full of cold cuts, cheese and crisp veggies with a nice Italian dressing! Hubby got the pepperoni and sausage pizza, perfect dough - not too thin or thick! Perfect slice of life! I chose the Philly cheesesteak which was piled high with tender beef, gooey cheese and onions! Mmm, I devoured every bite of that sub! The bread was fresh and didn't overpower the ingredients! We were all satisfied and happy with our meals and the prices were decent! The service was fast and friendly! The atmosphere was typical of an Italian restaurant, and it was clean and followed Covid protocol. I would definitely stop here again to try other dishes on their extensive menu! Prima Pizza is a prime example of a nice Italian night out!

Primas pizza is delicious and has been here in New Kent Va as one of the original local favorites since I can remember back in the 90s. The people are so kind and aim to please. The food is tasty and they try to accommodate when they can such as my grilled chicken salad with double mozzarella baked on top. My husband loves their Italian subs and pan pizza and my mom enjoys their steak and cheese subs and salads So good!. Oh and a favorite spot for my son and I to meet for lunch we enjoy sitting by the window so we can see the lake and watch the ducks. Blessings to this company and all their employees for good health, safe travels and prosperity. Thank you for serving our community! A local favorite to this day!

How to make sure customers for over 20yrs stop being your patrons! Moved to Brickshire from 5 Lakes 4 years ago and still try to eat at our favorite Pizza place at least once a month. Ordered 3 Pizzas and sandwich and fries. 2 large Pepperoni Pizzas were noted to be cheese when we got back to the house. Called and drive all the way back to get pepperoni pizzas.....things happen, should have checked the pizzas before I left.When I picked up the pepperoni pizzas, they wouldn't let me have them until I paid for the pepperoni. After a $10 carry out tip from initial pickup!You have lost a patron! Good luck in your future.

Love their pizza, the nostalgic old-style pizza joint feel, friendly staff, and this seems weird, but Diet Pepsi on tap, my favorite soda. Folks seem to like their other dishes so I hope to try those sometime. But can't lose with a traditional pizza, well done. Will be back for sure.
