After brunch at The Stockpot, I visited Potted in Selden Market--a charming shop that offers more than just plants and accessories. They also have a unique selection of teas and tea accessories, including koozies with handles. I treated myself to a Peach Matcha Latte with Lychee Jelly, made with ceremonial-grade matcha, whole milk, peach purée, and lychee jelly. It was absolutely delightful!

Potted recently opened inside Selden Market, offering a unique combination of house plants and boba teas.I got their "tropic like it's hot" drink, which is a milk tea that combines the exotic flavors of pineapple, coconut, and mango. It's such a unique drink that I haven't seen before, and it tasted delicious! The boba itself was good too. It was a hot Monday evening and I slurped the drink down FAST haha. A plus is that they use a nondairy milk base for their milk teas, which many boba shops do, but I'm happy they do. They do not have a preset boba menu and you can ask for any drink combination based on the ingredients they have. There is no other boba shop that does it like that in the area! Next time I'm going to ask for a drink that uses oolong tea because I love oolong :)

Came into Selden Market to grab some things from the VA Goods shop and delightfully stumbled across this new spot. This shop offers plants, plant accessories, potting and macramé workshops as well. In tandem Potted also serves drinks, specifically teas and you can also purchase tea leaves as well.I was greeted by the owner Travis who was super nice and easygoing. His inviting demeanor made me open to trying a drink and I just asked him to make me his favorite recommendation. He decided on a strawberry matcha which is made with ceremonial grade matcha. As he was back crafting my drink we conversed, and I also decided to order a passionfruit matcha as well so I could give away one of the drinks and share this experience with someone else.I asked him what made him want to open the shop and he told me that his girl loved plants and he's into cafes which prompted the blend of the two in this bright new offering in Seldon. The shop has been opened for 2 months and I recommend giving it a visit. I and my sister both enjoyed our drinks. Travis also creates a drink of the day which is a fun way to always have an option of trying something new.

What an adorable shop!! I had mentioned to a friend that it would be cool if there was a cafe turned greenhouse somewhere, and then I found out about Potted! Not quite a full on greenhouse, but the presentation and idea are there. They had a wide variety of plants to choose from, perfect for a desk setting or maybe cultivating them into a bigger pot. As for the menu, they did not have a set selection of drinks but instead a few different teas, flavorings, and toppings that you can mix and match the way you want it. I opted to try the strawberry jasmine green tea with coconut jelly- the strawberry flavor was alright but a bit sweet for my taste, and it also vaguely reminded me of a drink I've had from the Asian grocery store. Not a bad drink overall though, and really cute presentation! Definitely want to come back and try some other drinks, especially from their tea wall!

I went to Selden Market today hoping to buy something to eat at Vegan Culture. I saw this little plant and tea shop and it caught my eye. They have many plants and a variety of teas. The guy at the counter even made me a Chai tea. I picked up both the Happy Belly and the Daydream teas. However, I didn't see the caffeine label on the front until I started to prepare my tea tonight. I am sipping the Daydream tea right now and loving it I will probably have this again tomorrow morning.

We were walking around downtown Norfolk and came into this plaza which had tons of small businesses. Found Potted which combined two of my favorite things plants and tea. The tea was refreshing and tasty. The gentleman was so nice and knowledgeable of the teas you can take home. The plant's selection was an added bonus. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. Support small businesses.

I love this place the boba is actually good and not overpriced. When I was picking out a plant both employees were super helpful and had good knowledgeable advice. Super super cute place!

I'm currently visiting from CA and was looking for some boba. We were in the downtown area and I found Potted, and had an overall amazing experience. Being in CA, there's MANY options for boba, most drinks being made from powdered. The wait was very short, but I still got to admire to cute decor and theme of the shop. I love the concept of tea and plants. A quick service, very nice employees. I got a Jasmine Milk Tea w oat milk and boba. This was the best tea I've had! It was so fresh and refreshing, with it being a hot, humid day. There was plenty amount of boba, which I very much enjoyed. Wonderful, cute place! Hope to go here again if I ever go back to VA!

This is some of the best boba I've had! The place is kinda hidden in a hall full with other businesses. Nice spot to stop and relax for a little bit. The boba was so delicious. I got the strawberry milk tea!
