The Food is one of the strongest things about Poppa's Great PricesI mean on WED they have .$50 Wings Burgers are always good.Amazing Happy Hour prices.Service is good.IT IS A SMOKING BAR.. yes SMOKING .. so enjoying the food hard.They have a non smoking area that is 5foot by 1 and it''s total blocked off from the real world.They have a Super Creepy Marlyn Monroe mannequin in the wall... It terrifies me. Couple Pool Tables.Large patio area.LOTS AND LOTS OF PARKING Just be ready to do laundry from the cigarette smoke..

My favorite locals bar has been closed for a while so I decided to venture out for some good food and cheap drinks. Well, this place hit the spot! The wings are Devine and I highly recommend the go for the grill. That extra dollar is worth it. Adds the umami you're looking for. Yes, there is smoking inside. Yes, it's cheap drinks. Don't come here looking for classy, it's a dive bar. Drink your PBR Or bud in peace here. Can you bring the kids? Sure. But it's a little rough around the edges but doable. Especially outside on the large patio. Little draught list. Very simple bar drinks with reasonable prices. TVs for games!

Always, Always, Always.... great food. There ain't no counting calories here! If you want a hearty and fairly priced meal, this is the place to go. Sure, it's a little run down inside, but aren't we all? The staff is friendly even to obvious outsiders like me and my friend. The portion sizes did seems to shrink than the last time, that I can remember, but I always over order so it doesn't matter. Yeah, I wish the smoking wouldn't be inside at all too, because it makes me eat fast and just leave, but if you time it right, there's no one there for a late lunch. Sigh... it's obvious I've accepted all its faults, and secretly in love. Oh, and you MUST get Poppas Wings, Daytona Style (naturally)... finished on the grill and just fantastic!

A Trashy BarRandomly decided to stop in here the other night and wish I would have just kept on driving to the Thirsty Camel instead. This place is very rough. Reminded me if a dirty elks, american legion or moose lodge. There was old people everywhere mostly a 40's and up crowd and young military guys tring to pick them up.lol. I would say this place is a step below the former Greenies but hey about the same as Dockside off Hampton Blvd. At least the band was awesome! Relley was the band playing and they sounded good but that was the only nice thing about the place. I did manage to have a short conversation about the former owners of the place and was told it used to be ALOT better of a place when Poppin Pappa and his son were around. *Overall, not a place I plan on visiting again in the future. I didn't eat here but just based on the atmosphere I don't think I would really trust it.

Great local bar! Everyone is welcome here! People think of it as a motorcycle bar (biker bar) and yws, there are bikers, but everyone is just as friendly as they can be! This is a very large bar with outside seating. Note, this is a smoking bar.Taco Tuesdays! !! $1 tacos, hard or solft, min 3... YUMMY!!!! Happy drink prices are on point with the locals! The entire staff is great, I have yet to have a negative experience. They have pool tournaments, check out the flyers!Bands on the weekends and they are amazing!Definitely check out this place, you will enjoy your time! The 5 start rating is for a dive bar rating, this is not a "5 star " restaurant, but the food is on point for a local pub and everything is great!

I have been going to Poppas for over 15 years. The food is always good (ESPECIALLY the wings) and drinks are very reasonably priced.

Seriously fell in love with the bartender here. I just moved to this state and she was the first person I encountered with a beautiful soul. The food was amazing, I ordered a mango habanero sauce and it was sooo spicy yet so delicious and the fries were crispy and hot! I'll definitely be back for taco Tuesday. :)

Food & Service is always great! Happy Hour drinks are a plus. Only downside is they allow cigarette smoking which isn't ideal.

Foods great, staff is amazing. Live music pool tables and good company what more could you ask for

Good little dive bar with some awesome staff. Love the Elvis decor. It's local and I come here often and never unhappy.
