Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We went on a Tuesday afternoon around 5pm and they had no unsweetened tea. And no butter/margarine for the biscuits. The girl behind the counter couldn't have cared less. No apologies for being out of items on their menu. The "red" beans and rice looked like pinto beans and rice mush. No actual whole beans. And our spicy takeout chicken ended up being the mild chicken. We were 100% disappointed!!

Horrible, don't waste your time or money. Especially your time. The employees are nice just very understaffed. They should hire more staff

We're new to the area and this is the closest one we have. First time we went they completely messed up our order. Tonight we went back, they told my husband it'd be a few minutes for his boneless wings and to wait in the parking lot. Cool. No biggie. We waited for over 10 minutes, husband went back in, they hadn't even started our order. We will not be going back. Probably worst customer serviced popeyes we've been to. The lady was nice enough to stick a free apple pie in the bag tonight but still.

The food was good. The service was terrible. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and I was only 1 behind one other that was first. The cashier was doing everyone job but her. The cashier wasn't focus on the customers in line. Then she didn't get my order correct. The restaurant was fairly clean. The next time I'm in town, I'll find another Popeyes or I will go to KFC that 5 blocks away.

Most times for a chain, there's nothing unique. However, this place is unique....uniquely terrible. Fast food.....not quite. Be prepared to wait....and wait....and wait. Like, I expect bread baskets when I wait this long. Actually, you would go through a few baskets of bread....it's that long. Order was wrong twice, and treated me asking for what I paid for as if it was an inconvenience. Yeah this place is kinda awful....oh; the food. Bad...just bad. Poorly cooked. Really, wanted that sandwich......kinda terrible. Then the bathroom....no soap. It says, employees must wash your hands.....soooooo I guess not.

This place is the worst of the worst. If you want to place an order(at your own risk) be prepared to wait half hour minimum. Idk even know why this place is still up and running. Customer service is on Zero. And seem to always be under staffed.

The worst Popeye's on the planet. Ordering takes forever. Food is mediocre at best. Personnel are horrible. Really wish the owner paid more attention to this location. Have tried it several times. All with the same unsatisfactory result. Won't go there again.

Chicken didn't taste like Popeyes at all. Ran out of fries and used soda lids as covers for the sides. Never had anything remotely close to this happen at a Popeyes before.

Just leaving this Popeyes now and it is by far the worst one that I have ever been to. Over an hour wait for chicken after being told they do not give refunds. Manager on duty, Angela, was the absoulate rudest. I will never eat here again no matter how many times I come to Williamsburg. Don't even waste your time go across the street to KFC.

Why does every Popeye's that I go to south of the Mason-Dixon line suffer horribly from POOR SERVICE? I don't understand it. Every Popeye's that I have gone to in PA, NJ and CT has been fine service-wise. Everyone south of the Mason-Dixon line has had horrific service. This one was no different. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line to get served, and there was but one vehicle ahead of me. Had I known, I would have gone to Chik-fil-A that was near the store were at just before this. This was even worse as when I got to the window, it didn't appear that this Popeye's was understaffed. Plenty of people standing around doing nothing. The food was typical Popeye's quality, bring the score up to a 3-star rating, but I for one won't be putting up with this kind of service much longer. Popeye's chicken is good, but not THAT good.
