Ruined my daughters birthday party entirely aside from the unfriendly, non cleanliness environment i do not suggest

I booked my son's 2-year-old birthday party and it was just as I had hoped. We booked the entire place for just my son and his two brothers. They played non-stop for the full allotted time of 3.5 hours. We didn't do a cake or opening gifts, but there was a small table available in the foyer, with two benches, if someone wanted to go that route. The bathroom was clean and the play area was also clean, with plenty of activities and toys to keep those on the spectrum entertained and engaged. I recommend it for younger children. Parking was also available.

We just celebrated my boy's 4th birthday here and it did NOT disappoint! The staff decorated so wonderfully, he was ecstatic when he walked in and saw all of the monster truck stuff. Then we had full access to the play area, where everything is labeled well and easy to figure out how to put away. There was SO much for the kids to play with that boredom was not a concern for a second. Then, the kindness that the staff showed us was my favorite part. They greeted my son immediately to wish him a happy birthday and made sure to follow up to see if he had the best time, which he did! Kindness is not always the easiest thing to find these days, so that made my heart beam. I definitely recommend going here, and I'm so glad we chose local.

Safe, fun and inviting! We did a few toddler time classes when my son was younger and recently I've felt comfortable dropping him off for Preschool Play. The space is a ton of fun for kids and manageable for parents (I feel overwhelmed at larger indoor playgrounds since my 3yo is constantly on the move but still needs to be supervised pretty closely). The staff is warm & welcoming and pricing is reasonable. Love it!

Could not even get in contact with them. Tried booking online and no response, they have really odd hours so being a full time working mother it's hard to call when they are open(they are closed way more often than open). They do have a line to leave messages, but I received no response from this either. Despite this, I made it a point to call during the little business hours they do have and still nothing. Sucks because it looked like a cool place for a party and I was even thinking about enrolling my kids for their classes if they liked it. At this point I'd be nervous to leave my kids somewhere that it's so hard to get in contact with. Oh well ‍
